This is a blog made by and for people who have both NPD and BPD! This blog will feature cluster-b activism with a focus on people with NPD and BPD, along with confessions and more!

The rules of this blog are as follows:

Bigotry of any form will not be tolerated, including but not limited to racism, queermisia, intersexism, ableism, sanism, etc. This blog especially does not tolerate ableism against other personality disorders. Any submissions putting down other disabled people will be deleted and blocked.

Do not engage in discourse of any kind on this blog. This includes but is not limited to intracommunity queer discourse, system discourse or fiction discourse.

Submissions trying to incite drama will be blocked and ignored.

Anyone is allowed to interact with this blog regardless of your identity or personal views if good faith, however do not bring in matters that are irrelevant to this blog. We are not going to disallow other pwNPD & BPD from interacting with this blog over discourse.

We do not have a set "Do not interact," as we do not believe in lists like this. These lists are pointless and do not work. We will block bigoted/appropriative "TransIDs" and people who promote abuse.

Obviously, you are not welcome on this blog if you believe in "narcissistic abuse" or "borderline abuse."

We are not medical professionals. We cannot and will not armchair diagnose you. You may ask about diagnostic criteria, but that is it.

Having BPD and being a Vulnerable NPD is confusing when you have an intellectual disability as well. Like what do you mean I victimize myself so that people would care for me so i never have to be alone and then I constantly fear they will leave me and that I wont be able to care for myself on my own

I'm curious, what's your take on voluntarily calling oneself "evil", embracing villainous aesthetics etc.? I personally do that, it's part satire, part reclamation of the role I was pretty much pigeonholed into, and it actually makes me feel good. They can't use it to hurt me anymore. And I just vibe a lot with "the misunderstood villain that actually was right and also looks hot as fuck". Furthermore, it's defiance of the idea that there's an objective "good" and "evil" anyways (very conveniently decided by the neurotypical consensus of course). And sometimes I just can't help it but find it fun mocking the stereotypes by playing into them in an over-the-top way

On the other hand it sometimes gets a bit tacky when trying to explain that, "no, we're not all just evil vampires" pretty much while looking like a vampire on my pfp and having "evil" in my profile. And my biggest worry is if it perhaps contributes meaningfully to the stigma or if it hurts people when they see a pwNBPD title themselves "evil". I'm usually good at figuring such things out, but I might have a blindspot here because it's sort-of "my thing"

Personally, I also reclaim being evil. I call myself evil, mean, a professional hater, etc. If mean lesbian wasn't primarily used by radfems I'd be using it, but I don't want to associate with those people.

I think you can both do activism and explain that pwNPD & pwBPD or pwNBPD are not inherently evil while reclaiming the trope for yourself. You self-identifying as evil and a vampire (based and same) doesn't contribute to our stigma. Ableists do that all on their own.

(from last ask) but somehow i got the traits from the parents who owned them reversed, i got the victim mentality from my dad bc he never let me do hard work and the i'm never wrong mindset from my mom bc she overpraised me as a kid and then very suddenly did a 180°, so i adopted that mindset to protect my ego. i feel like i never had real parents except myself, and parenting myself while dealing with multiple traumas and mental illnesses was a very very hard taskload for a young kid to bear. i couldn't always be present for myself or make the right choices. i didn't have the knowledge and wisdom adults have to determine what's right and wrong either. man, i just wish i had proper parents, or at least better parents

Hi! Sorry I haven't been active in a while. I've been trying to focus on my mental health, and we've been distracted with matters regarding physical health as well. I was just recently officially diagnosed with PCOS, and we're adjusting to the pills we were prescribed... The estrogen has made me a little more moody, and we've been struggling with depression. We hope to start being more active on here soon! ❤️

i know you said transids dont interact but im (technically) one

i have bpd, i also have every single npd trait

but the professionals saw the existing label of bpd and denied it, thats why i have label myself with transnpd

i have npd just as much as anyone else who a doctor diagnosed

i get you wanting to "keep your community safe" or whatever but frankly the only difference between us is a doctor's choice in agreeing i have something and that sounds like the same things transmeds say

Self diagnosis and "transNPD" are not the same thing. Equating self diagnosis to "transitioning to have a disorder" is horrifically ableist. You are self diagnosed, you don't need to call yourself "transNPD." You aren't transitioning to anything. If you fit the criteria for NPD, then you have NPD, point blank period

You can't change your race, and you can't "transition" to having a disorder you don't already have. Self diagnosis is valid by itself and is not the same as transitioning. Being against cultural appropriation, ableism, and abuse is not "transmedicalism." Equating this is wildly transphobic.

We will not be responding to any more asks on this subject. You will just be blocked and ignored.

Anyways, we will be going back into our little hiatus for the time being, as I still don't have much energy. We've been going through a lot. We are highly dissociative, recently split, and don't really have the mental energy to maintain this blog at the moment. I promise we're not ignoring anyone... We will respond to the other submissions as soon as we can.
