- we're never exactly "on hiatus," but we can tend to disappear a lot. we apologize for the wait and thank you for your patience ^-^

- always remember to start off your ask with some variation of "npd culture is..." ("npd system culture is..." "npd + bpd culture is..." ect ect).

- people who don't have npd but do have npd traits are welcome to send in submissions.

- this blog is run by one mod and isn't looking for others.

- i open this blog to be a place where egotypicals can learn about the experiences of pwnpd, but urge them to remember this blog will be mostly unfiltered and show the more unpleasant side of mental illness and trauma. if you cannot respect or handle that, leave.

- i used to keep track of signs offs using a spreadsheet, but that got very stressful after a while. i will still tag submissions with the sign off used, but i won't keep track as closely as before.

- the queue can be long, it may take some time to get to your submission. please be patient with me. i also reserve the right to not post certain things for whatever reason.

- there's also a polish version of this blog: @bycie-narcyzem-to. i don't run that blog. it's been inactive for some time as well.

- i do not want to hear about your abusive relatives with npd, even if you put "but i don't think all pwnpd are abusive!" after it.

- please don't ask me for advice. i'm fine with people asking questions about npd itself, but i may not always answer. keep in mind i'm not a professional, i'm not the end all of information on npd, and it is entirely possible for me to accidentally spread misinformation. if you sent a question that never got answered it's likely i just didn't feel equipped to answer it myself.

Hey, friends! The submission form is up. Thanks so much for following!

A little introduction: I'm a recent college graduate who majored in English. One of the things I miss most from my BA studies is getting to talk about literature, so some part of my creating this account came with the hope of creating a little community of poetry enthusiasts here on Tumblr.

I look forward to learning Tumblr's taste (or shared Canon programming, at the very least). I also hope to learn about some lesser known poems and poets from under represented groups.

This is a blog made by and for people who have both NPD and BPD! This blog will feature cluster-b activism with a focus on people with NPD and BPD, along with confessions and more!

The rules of this blog are as follows:

Bigotry of any form will not be tolerated, including but not limited to racism, queermisia, intersexism, ableism, sanism, etc. This blog especially does not tolerate ableism against other personality disorders. Any submissions putting down other disabled people will be deleted and blocked.

Do not engage in discourse of any kind on this blog. This includes but is not limited to intracommunity queer discourse, system discourse or fiction discourse.

Submissions trying to incite drama will be blocked and ignored.

Anyone is allowed to interact with this blog regardless of your identity or personal views if good faith, however do not bring in matters that are irrelevant to this blog. We are not going to disallow other pwNPD & BPD from interacting with this blog over discourse.

We do not have a set "Do not interact," as we do not believe in lists like this. These lists are pointless and do not work. We will block bigoted/appropriative "TransIDs" and people who promote abuse.

Obviously, you are not welcome on this blog if you believe in "narcissistic abuse" or "borderline abuse."

We are not medical professionals. We cannot and will not armchair diagnose you. You may ask about diagnostic criteria, but that is it.

Hi! Sorry I haven't been active in a while. I've been trying to focus on my mental health, and we've been distracted with matters regarding physical health as well. I was just recently officially diagnosed with PCOS, and we're adjusting to the pills we were prescribed... The estrogen has made me a little more moody, and we've been struggling with depression. We hope to start being more active on here soon! ❤️
