Hey chicken, I have a fun question that I've been pondering my orb with. Recently opened up my own studio space as a beauty professional, it's been fun but as one does I've been adventuring into business protection magic mixed with glamours.
Making the ward linked to one of those jumpscare YouTube videos and using that as the base so they'll be less inclined to try me was a diabolical galaxy brain moment but I was so curious to hear if you have any interesting ideas or if anyone you know does.
Protecting ones finances and job security these days have never been more important.

So let me ask you. Is the ward itself actually energetically linked to the jumpscare video, or did you use the video as kind of a visual/sonic driver to help you pattern the energy the way you wanted it to be?
As far as wild and wacky protection spells, especially ones for businesses, I'm drawing a blank. Most of my stuff is pretty basic, and then you just want to cover a variety of modalities:
Spirit & spell trap (Guy Trap™) based on counting or disorientation, such as employing grains of sand, tangled and knotted threads, nonsense or null symbols, etc
Barrier/wall/fence/blockage, easily accomplished with stones, bricks, and any kind of cord or thread
Filter/doorman, for which the holey stone is famously used; also any living plant by the front door, or the assistance of allies such as Rosemary, Dill, or Garlic, and countless folk charms
Elevation/positive pressure (by which you flood your space with desired energies that flow outwards, making it difficult for unwanted things to travel upstream and intrude), and I haven't found a good way to do this that doesn't require reapplication of formulas or regular raising of energy, but here also you can employ your formulas to draw in business as a dual-purpose thing (try adding a bit of particularly Holy stuff to the business formulas, especially Bay Laurel, and some salt will work as well)
But these are just all the normal things, no jump scares to be had. Unless of course a Guy gets caught in the spirit trap and you catch sight of it, which is a jump scare of its own.
Does anyone on the dash have fun or unique ideas for ward building, especially wards for protection of assets, business ventures, and prosperity?

“Do it scared” “do it alone” are all great tips, but my biggest takeaway from therapy is do it messy. This is especially true if you’re getting out of a burnout, which I experience often. Literally just do it messy. You don’t need to pick the perfect trail to walk, the perfect playlist to listen to, whatever the fuck it is. You don’t need to have a meticulous to do list and wake up at the exact time you planned and drink the exact amount of water you planned to drink. Like the biggest thing for people like me to remember is sometimes it’s okay to do it messy. Put on a random yt workout and just get it done in sweats. Do 5 minutes of a daunting task and go from there. Sometimes just getting up is a win during intense burnouts or depressive funks. Literally just do it messy.
