After 500+ Days

I wonder.

Often.

Does that ever go away? I find myself exploring possibilities, new places, new adventures, new twists and turns that keep me up at night wondering...wandering...

I’m starting to get restless. So many outlets to choose from, but not enough gumption to take them on. I recently learned to be violent with my hands. Scoring glass, breaking it with my fingers, nicks and cuts littering my knuckles, the soft pads of my finger tips, the smooth plane of my palm.

I take the violence and I turn it into a pretty. Something that catches the light of my windows and casts a hue I need. I turn 40 in 32 days. The glass is half full. But I really love to drink...
