Continuing my slightly ridiculous Disney Princesses in Space. It fulfills my daily nerdy fix.

I chose Belle as ‘the engineer’ because of her father and his activeness in inventing. It was the first idea I thought of, though now I see that she could have been 'the scientist.’

Mostly I just wanted to draw a rose tattoo.

Coming back to my favorite artistic indulgence. Disney. Princesses. IN SPACE!. What is not to love?

Belle is the engineer on a rebellion pirate ship. Sound familiar? That's because she's inspired by Kaylee from Firefly. I could have made her some sort of space historian but that felt so... mmmeeeh? Obviously she would be an engineer! Like father like daughter.

I wonder what her space hubby would look like? Maybe someday...🙄

I split the princesses into two groups; rebels and some sort of galactic government. But maybe the twist is both sides are right and they all have to work together in the end. 🌈

There used to be many constellations that made up the night sky, the smallest of which was familiarly known as the Jackalope. Quick as lightning, catching one is said to bring wealth and prosperity for generations - but not a single jackalope has been seen in centuries.
