The ’bother Natsu’ squad

Gray and Gajeel have this look they share when they know they’re gonna fuck up Natsu’s day.

Gray is the designated arm rest friend since he’s the shortest of the trio and he hates it with at burning passion.

Laxus is a big and dedicated fan of Gajeel’s performances and even has a few recorded on his music lacrima for when he’s on the road.

Gray and Laxus have had this thing going on since they were young where they keep a tally of how many guys they’ve KO’d to try and 1 up each other.

Like after a mission Gray just casually walks up to Laxus with a smirk and says ‘25’. A few weeks later Laxus comes up to him with a shit eating grin and says ‘45’ and disappears. Its been like this for years.

Laxus to Gajeel- ’keep talking shit and i’m gonna magnetize you to the fence outside.’

One if the few team combinations that shares all their brain cells respectfully and evenly.

If this was a squad in D&D their intimidation checks would be maxed tf out.

Gray is still the designated dragon slayer carrier on vehicles, even though Laxus is really embarrassed about it.

Gajeel likes to see how far he can push Laxus’ buttons before he starts sparking and zapping at him. Its a problem that he can’t shake. Like gambling. Its a risky pleasure.

To counter, whenever he gets the chance laxus likes to stick fridge magnets on him when ever Gajeel naps. Gray is a neutral party in these shenanigans but occasionally picks a side depending on how he’s feeling.
