Yeah, and you can also get tired of criticizing something you love. You can get completely fed up with it and decide, “You know what? Flaws aside, I love this thing, and I don’t have to waste hours of my life admitting its flaws to strangers on the Internet in order to somehow justify my love of it.” You can get sick of watching others gleefully tear it apart, for no reason other than that it’s popular and they hate that you love it. You can get sick of watching others tearing it apart with good intentions, too.

In the end, it’s just a cartoon, or a book, or a movie. It’s not that serious, and you can enjoy it without hyper-focusing on its flaws. You don’t need to justify your love of something to someone else, least of all a person you don’t even know.

Is the sloppy series making a return?

These 2 items seem to have matching wood tones and both look a bit untidy…

The table has a bunch of trash underneath. A can with crumpled paper, a bottle, and what appears to be a stack of pizza boxes?

The bed has a book resting on top, the pillow appears to be crooked, and if you look closely you can see that there is a blanket that is also offset. Might be other things under the bed too.

I really hope that’s what this is because it’s one of my favorite furniture series from new leaf & happy home designer

I like how Inside Job seemed to be doing the whole "bad father that permanently fucked up their kid was actually doing it because he loved them" trope at first but then completely 180ed it with the dad turning out to be an irredeemable asshole who was just using his daughter to get back at an old grudge. Like, yeah, fuck abusive parental figures actually, them being bad at their job isn't an excuse.

Anyways the most unbelievable thing in that show is that a child would be reading an Animorphs book in 2021.
