too early to be complaining about transition but i can't stand seeing other people's timelines and then looking at mine because i feel like i stalled out at the 1 year mark and haven't progressed much after that point. still on a starting t dose, on gel now, my last bloodwork my t was super low. so maybe i'm not absorbing gel well or maybe i need to increase my dose but my doc has been so reluctant to change any of my meds around 🫩

Definitely recommend dunking yourself in a body of water every once in a while. Good for the soul

#the lake is 12 degrees though holy shit it was COLD #one of my goals this year is to spend as much time at the beach and in the water as possible. going well so far #dunked myself in Lake Erie Lake Ontario and Lake Huron so far #and the Salish sea!
