I was inspired by the radiation storms in Fallout and wanted to paint one in my graphic novel.

This location art was based on part of the "Power expressway loop," located in Hotan prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region in Northwest China.

The Glowing Tertön

One of my original Fallout characters

He foresaw the end of the world before the bombs. Kind of like a prophet, but there's technically no prophets in Buddhism, thus the term "Tertön".

To quote Tibetan buddhism, a "Tertön" is a person who is a discoverer of ancient hidden texts or terma. Many tertöns are considered to be incarnations of the twenty five main disciples of Padmasambhava, who foresaw a dark time in Tibet.
