SO THIS IS ME AND LARA SHE'S ONE OF MY BE EFF EFFSIES 4 LYF. We're at Talking Heads in this one waiting to go and play. I think this may have been Friday. It was a really awesome day and despite breaking TWO strings on stage (hahaha i'm such a twat!) I think it went rather well! :D

YEAH SATURDAY WAS GREAT.

and also interesting! ANNDD met some really awesome peeps and it was one of the best nights I've had in a while. AND I didn't crash for long after 2 which is good! :D

I SHOULD CARE AND I DO FEEL SADDENED BUT I ALSO DON'T CARE WHICH IS STRANGE BECAUSE WHEN I WAS DUMPED BY CORI AND RACHEL (NOT AT THE SAME TIME, I'M NOT A PLAYER) I WAS REALLY FUCKING SAD FOR WEEEEEEKKKSSS AND MAY HAVE BROKEN DOWN A FEW TIMES BUT YEAH. So it looks like I survived the intense (for britain) heat that's occurred so 

far over here, despite my moaning.

Yeah I moan. But only about the heat and lack of wind and/or slight coldness. It's not that I don't like the sun, but lack of humidity really took it's toll on my optimism and it's been a bitch to do anything and that's why I have been complaining.

Not that I love the snow or anything. I'm more of an spring/autumn guy, is all.

ahahaha i figured I'd show you I'm still alive so wooo yay for dan being alive still! so its been a busy week for me! work, gigs, sorting out the new place, seeing Amy, etc, etc have all taken their toll on me! but you know what? that's okay :) Today I enjoyed my day off - woke up at half 11, showered, and ate, and dithered around the house before Amy got here :) and she was ill and tired and I felt guilty for asking her round a little, despite it not being anyones fault really and we watched night at the museum and went for a walk before she met her parents and went home (she still hasn't invited me round for dinner yet, despite her parents wanting me to come round ;P) so all in all a good day, I think :) internet should be up next week so hopefully i can do some more regular updates then :) DANIEL OUT

So. So. Tired.

So the Gig was a massive success! Really really awesome!

Picture was taken a little early on during the evening, when we had gotten pizza (Well, Nik had, and gave some to me because he’s awesome like that), and were sat outside chillin with the fam and friends :) And there’s Amy looking fantastic, if looking a little scared at the camera ;)

And then there’s my derpy face like ‘DURP HIIIIIIII GUUUIIISSSEEE’

Ah well, I suppose we can’t all be awesome like that. ;P

So yeah! There we have it! Awesome gig! Me and Jack (the bassist) managed ot get off the stage and playedi n the audience, everyone loved us, regardless of the fact my guitar was incredibly loud at the beginning, but you know, there’s always one hiccup I guess! But oh well it was amazing and fun and yeah wooo! :D

And today I’m seeing Man of Steel with the wolf pack (Will, Liam and Chris, my work mates), Sami (wills girl), Ellie (Liams not-quite-girlfriend but we’ll roll with it), Amy, and two other people who I don’t know! And then after I’m off to Unit with Amy and Tash, so it’s gonna be a good night! :D

Day 1 of the Milk Apocalypse

WE HAVE NO MILK IN OUR HOUSE. I CANNAE HAVE ANEE TEEEEEEE. D:

ON THE PLUS SIDE. Two great things are happening/have happened.

1) MY GIG TONIGHT. I look snazzy enough for it, AND we're getting professional pics taken! WOO! :D

SO YEAH. TALKING HEADS TONIGHT. BE THHEEERRREE! :D It'll be mega amazeballs and you'll enjoy it! We've got so much new stuff it's amazing and yeah. WOOOO. :D

Now to prepare everything for tonight!

2)I am no longer single! It feels weird to say I have a girlfriend (and it feels even weirder to say this is my first relationship since February 2011). SO WOO. It's all good, everything is good.

My old high of being over the moon has worn off now and..meh, dunno. I feel..,normal. Normally normal. Normal Dan. God that just sounds so weird,

Okay well I still feel like I'm weird Dan but I'm more of my normal weird self rather than 'OHMYGODLULZORSIMAMAZING' Dan.

I have something I need to sort out in real life, after about..two months? Probably is the time but I'm nervous...scared,even! Kinda a difficult process for me to do, since it's..well, me!

Should have done it today really but...I dunno, time never really presented itself! So I guess I'll wait a little while longer, maybe something will present itself! Until then..well yeah! Time to be me again!

I'm totally remembering to do this today! I kind of had this ready yesterday then forgot about it till today And hey look at that, I'm doing it on my iPod. Who'd a thunk? So I'd figure I'd talk about my band, Silver Orchids! We are doing pretty damn fine at the moment! We might be doing an open mic night on the 17th at the orange rooms in Southampton, wit possible talent scouts from universal music there, then headlining on the 20th at the talking heads in ports wood! It would be really awesome if you guys could come down (if you live in Southampton, of course) cos this will be our year to finally shine! :) So yeah, remember these dates and locations 17th June, orange rooms, 8.30pm onwards And 20th June, Talking heads, uh..8pm? But yeah, that's enough about that, how are we all doing today? Dan, over and out!
