Well, I think I figured out one word from the missing prophecy panel: Compassion

The girl has Hope and will find Love, so the only thing she's missing is Compassion. So, perhaps the prophecy line will mention "compassion" in some way. Most likely, as either a sort of "Final Act of Compassion" way, or maybe a "The girl, without compassion..." or way, or something like that.

Also, Ralsei's theory is that if they could just be kind, then maybe they could change the ending. If it says something about a lack of compassion, then I can see how making kind choices could possibly prevent that. He comments "How can Susie be so kind?" because he can't believe how kind she is, especially since he knows whatever the last panel says

TLDR: Compassion is one of the words in the missing panel of the prophecy. Either in a "Final act" way, or a way that implies a lack of compassion, or losing compassion, and most like in regards to the Girl
