Russian Quanyin Zine consists mostly of images rather than text and has a lot of merch. This makes it interesting regardless of the language.
Please note:
This is NOT OFFICIAL post from zine account. I'm informing you unofficially because I think it's important news for the fandom. All official information about the zine is posted on its Telegram channel.
I am NOT the zine admin, but I am a participating artist. I can answer ypur questions and translate some things. You should communicate about pre-orders with the admins in Telegram.
Admins didn't have plans to sell zines abroad. You should find a friend in Russia who may deliver zine to you. Make sure you reached agreement with admins for your specific case.
Many ways of money transfers are blocked due to sanctions. The only variant I know are financial services. They take comissions up to 15-20%, but deliver money right to russian bank account. For example, Sendnow.
Cryptocurrency has no regulation by law, and admins will likely refuse, because there's a high risk of account blocking.
I can help you by sending zines from Russia or find someone to deliver the package to your country (take in luggage). But this depends on how many people need such help and what country they live in. I offer you to write your country in comment section of this Tumblr post. This will show us the geography of delivery and help our quanyin fandom find the solution.

Fo pre-order, please:

2.Write your full name in messages of our Telegram channel https://t.me/minizine_listopad
3. Wait for a response from the administrator so they can check your selections, calculate the amount, and confirm your pre-order.
4. After confirmation from the administrator, wait for the payment details for your pre-order.
Special Terms and Conditions:
1. You can choose one of the pre-made sets to order, or create your own set from the zine and your favorite merch.
2. You can purchase merch without the zine. The minimum order amount is 700 rubles (excluding shipping).
3. Delivery services available for pre-orders (inside Russia): Russian State Post, Yandex, and SDEK.
4. Please remember to include your city in the delivery address. ❗️
