You hit a point when you’re so emotionally exhausted and can’t fight anymore. You hit your breaking point and it’s not worth fighting for anymore, it’s not worth the heartache, it’s not worth the crying and the sickness, it’s not worth the feeling like you’ve hit rock bottom. You just kinda have to be done and be okay with that, because in the end sometimes it’s just not worth it anymore and that’s all you can do is just accept it and move on. You have to deal with the pain and the heartache in that moment but it’s better then dealing with it everyday and questioning if you did something wrong or you’re not good enough everyday. Find your happiness.
If someone doesn’t understand anxiety or mental illness it makes it hard to deal with emotions and arguments and fights. It’s really hard to explain that you’re upset because you just randomly feel unwanted or unappreciated or upset with something for no reason or a build up from things that have happened in the past. They get mad when you are upset and it makes things so much more difficult, should you stay with them, is it worth it anymore, is it worth the fights and arguments and the misunderstandings. Sometimes you just hit that breaking point and it’s just not worth fighting for anymore.
Do you ever feel like you’ve tried so many times to make something work, and gave everything you had hoping to make things better, but in the end you just feel like you have nothing left to give.
Losing sleep because your heart feels heavy is the worst thing

Can’t even explain what I’ve been feeling lately.
Some days are harder then others. You wake up trying to have a great start to the day. You lose your keys, running late, your coffee was made wrong, someone says something that just sets you off for the day, your anxiety is making you feel like no one cares no ones there for you, you can’t breath and start thinking the worst in every situation. You ask yourself how do you turn this around, was today meant to be like this, did I wake up and set the tone for the day. It happens, not everyday is perfect and everyday could be a struggle to some people. Remember to keep you head up and remind yourself this is temporary, there are better days up ahead, and you will get through today.
Sometimes we need more in our relationship.

More intimacy
More emotion
More love
More sex
More touch
Really sucks feeling like a burden and not being able to open up and say what’s bother you or just need someone and they’re too busy and don’t listen or care. Work isn’t everything, family and friends are more important and they need time with you as well.
When things are great you wonder what’s gonna go wrong and what’s going to happen. You go through the rough times and things get brighter but you can’t help but question what they did, why are they being so nice, why is everything sunshine and rainbows right now. Don’t have that mindset, enjoy the good days and accept the bad days. Things happen and we’re not perfect.
