Here's a quick fun fact
In the Silent Hill 2 remake, James Sunderland is voiced, mocapped and modeled after the actor Luke Roberts
This actor also played Thomas Wayne next to Robert Pattinsons Bruce Wayne in The Batman (who sports a similar hairstyle to Sunderland)
I thought it was pretty interesting to see these connections. Can't wait for Silent Hill 2!

The Last Of Us Fancast
Basically this is a "what if I casted the show" thing. I have ZERO issues with the cast of the show we have right now, this is just how I'd go about it.
Mahershala Ali as Joel Miller
Rosalie Chiang as Ellie Williams
Ashley Johnson as Tess Servopoulos
Kirby Howell-Baptiste as Marlene
Joel Edgerton as Bill
Kedar Williams-Sterling as Henry
Yusuf Gatewood as Tommy Miller
Eris Baker as Riley
Gustaf Skarsgård as David
Who would you have casted?

Commission for @nentaiofficial on twitter of their bruce wayne/batman! Thank you so much!
there was no better way this could have gone
rumors suggest that Barry Keoghan will be playing Joker instead of Stanley Merkel, and honestly?
i think young jokers turn out the best. i mean, look at Heath Ledger. he was in his 20s when he played joker, why cant we have another young guy do it? hes more than capable, we should all know that
not to mention, theyre both hot. nuff said
Bruce Wayne in Batman: The Imposter
im in love with this design, its literally perfect. hes youthful, hes pretty, hes got enough muscle to kick ass, but not so much as to look too brutish. hes got scars, hes got style, and not to mention the fact his jaw is sharp and his batsuit is one of, if not the best ive seen on page. literally perfect, i hope more artists draw him like this in the near future
Quick little thing, ily Leon <3
No, Tom Taylor did not queerbait us with Superbat
I can already tell this is going to potentially piss off a lot of the angry shippers so let me clarify a few things first. 1. I am queer 2. I'm not defending Tom Taylor as a person nor his previous actions 3. I casually ship superbat
After the release of DKoS #1, many angry shippers took to Twitter, Tumblr, and other social media platforms to bitch Tom Taylor out for making Bruce and Clark half-brothers in the comic. People are citing his August 20th tweet as evidence of how he allegedly promised us Superbat but then didn't deliver.
As you can see from the tweet, no where on there did it say Superbat was going to be the queer part of the comic. So if you're trying to use that tweet as evidence for him queerbaiting us specifically with Superbat, you are completely wrong.
That being said, it is far to early to determine if we got queerbaited or not. We only have 1 issue of the comic out so far with 11 more to come. For all we know, he could be referring to a relationship or something that gets revealed in the 6th issue for example.
So stop throwing the word queerbait around and attacking a writer over something he didn't do. As a queer person, I'm really tired of people throwing the word around in situations it doesn't apply to. It's not Tom's fault that people saw the cover for the comic and Bruce and Clark on the same page and automatically assumed Superbat would be what he was referring to. He did nothing to suggest that Superbat would be a part of this comic so it's wrong to attack him for you not catering to your assumptions based on the previews.
So did he queerbait us in general? It's way too early to say. Once all 12 issues are released then we can see if the tweet really was a lie, but for now the shippers need to calm down and stop throwing words around.
theres still opportunities to add more queerness. constantine is a major character in this after all
just an appreciation post for avan jogia leon s. kennedy
he embodies leon very well, especially through his eyes. sure, he doesnt look like whiteboy leon but he shouldnt have to. characters get redesigns and reinterpretations all the time. the inclusion of diversity is one i welcome
this is what i mean when i say a younger, prettier version of bruce is the best kind. arguably the best bruce design ive ever seen. we need more of this, dc.
and any artists out there should draw bruce like this. he shouldve always been a rich prettyboy in his 20s, i take no criticism
