i am so drained, depressed, and hopeless
i feel so alone, i feel like a burden, i feel like no one truly cares if my presence is around or not
i'm in so much physical and mental pain every day. all i've done today and yesterday was lay in bed even though i have a fucking job that i needed to go to but i couldn't because my body won't let me
my headmates don't know how to help. i don't blame them. my family doesn't know how to help. i don't blame them either
i struggle with friendships, with keeping and forming them, because i either attach immediately or i never attach at all, and there feels like there's no in between
i have my fiance, but he's about the one person that i feel 100% safe with, and i'm grateful
it doesn't stop me from feeling like a total parasitic zombie every day of my life though

your anger does not make you evil, and your anger does not make you a monster. it is a valid emotion to feel, the same as every other emotion. your anger does not inherently mean that you will hurt someone. it's okay to be angry, and to cope with overwhelming feelings the same as every other emotion.
