Milo Meets Kida: Translated! (aka milo fails at atlantean)
Origin: Atlantean
“Who are you strangers and where did you come from?”
Origin: Atlantean
(HALTINGLY & with a bad, very american accent)
“Who…are you strangers and….where did you come from?”
Origin: Atlantean
“Your manner of speech is strange to me.”
Origin: Atlantean
“I….travel…friend!”
Origin: Atlantean
“…I travel friend…
(impatiently) …You are a friendly traveler?”
(does anyone else love how she’s correcting his shitty atlantean LOL bbies ♥)
Origin: Latin (look at this frickin dweeb switching into latin)
“So, my friend, I am a traveler!”
Origin: Latin
“You speak the language of the Romans!”
Origin: French (milo plz)
“Do you speak French?”
Origin: French
“Yes, sir!”
And for the record, Atlantean was written/created by Marc Okrand the dude who made Klingon.
So Kida and Milo are ACTUALLY talking to each other. Not just saying gibberish.
Milo: I know these other languages but I’m not fluent in yours yet please have mercy.
Kida: You seem to be an idiot but I’ll forgive you because you’re trying.
I love this movie so much
idk if I’ve posted about this before but by far the strangest things that’s happened to me in retail was the time someone’s total came out to my birth-year and I said “hey! that’s the year I was born!” and then the next customer’s total came out to like $12.57 and just bc I’m a weirdo I said “hey! that’s the year I was born!” and without missing a fucking beat this like, 70+ year old man said
“Ah! Another like me! We’re few and far between these days, aren’t we?”
And I was like oh man this guy’s sense of humor really aligns with mine! And I laughed and made some other joke about being immortal and thought that was the end of it,
but this man.
He stood by the register for five more minutes. Maybe more. Which let me tell you is an EXCRUTIATING amount of time for something like this to happen.
And he just kept upping the ante!! He starting talking about some REALLY specific details regarding day-to-day life in the 1300s to the point I started getting worried that I’d misled a genuinely immortal being to believe I am also immortal.
He eventually politely left when I got too busy with other customers to awkwardly respond.
Who the fuck was that guy.
I think it’s also important to mention this happened at Cracker Barrel.

Old Mill. Wow!
This looks like a massive puzzle straight out of a tomb raider game… I’m living for it
Dogs are horrible hiders.
Been working on more jewelry late, looks honestly a lot better in person. I’m gonna need to get a pic in some nature lighting. Will put this up in the shop soon 🖤
My favorite hobby is when straight girls say all giggly “ohh if I was gay I’d date you” is bluntly responding with “you’re not my type” and then watching their faces.
I feel like at an end of a relationship you can see the true side of someone. Depending the circumstances and situation someone can be so different than how you knew them before
16 year old child: mom, dad: I'm gay/lesbian/bi/pan
Straight parents: you're too young to know what your sexuality is! It's just a phase.
Baby boy: *stares at a baby girl for no reason other than the fact that babies stare at everything*
Straight parents: oooh! Ladies man! We're gonna have to keep the girls offa you!
I thought I would share some of my favorite tips on growing plants for all you green (and brown!) thumbs out there! ! I hope you enjoy! :)
Witch Tips
Just a few tips I’ve picked up along my witchy journey that I thought might be helpful for all you other witches out there.
🔮 If you have trouble writing spells or just suck at it you can also use lyrics of a song or a poem that relates to the spell you’re casting.
🔮 Use what you have. Don’t write spells that require that you go out and buy $20 worth of supplies. It’s okay to work with what you got.
🔮 Speaking of working with what you have, here are a few free supplies that you can use: dirt / rain water / river or sea water / leaves / acorns / branches / rocks / flowers / plants / or anything you can find outside.
🔮 Sometimes a simple spell is better than an elaborate one. I know we all see those spell jars full of all that witchy goodness but it isn’t necessary. They’re awesome but you can create the same effect with a sigil or a simple fire release spell.
🔮 The dollar store is your best friend! Everything is there. Journals, candles, incenses, pens, art supplies, jars EVERYTHING LOL. Be sure to check there for your witchy needs before you spend $20 on jars from amazon.
🔮 Invest a dollar or 2 into a pocket witchy journal. This is perfect to keep little notes, journal entries, pressed flowers and if you’re like me and take a deck of tarot cards with you everywhere, it’s perfect to keep track of those random on-the-go style readings.
🔮 Don’t sweat the small stuff. Don’t have the money for a tarot deck just yet? Make a practice deck with a pack of blank index cards. Don’t have any fresh herbs? That’s okay, hit up your local dollar store they usually have a ton of common kitchen [dried] herbs.
🔮 Save your candle jars! If they have lids, save them to store your herbs, crystals, water, dirt or whatever in. To clean them: put hot water, a little vinegar and some dish soap and let it sit overnight. The candle residue should come off super easy with some warm water and a sponge.
🔮 Make a spray cleanser for your altar. It’s cheap, easy and doesn’t involve burning anything so it’s safe for apartments, dorm rooms or closeted witches.
🔮 Study! Creating magick is fun, reading tarot is fun, casting spells and doing rituals are fun but studying and knowing your craft is important.
That’s it for now. If I think of more I’ll do a part 2.
🌿🌹herbs for your menstral cycle🌹🌿
🍃 Red Raspberry Leaf: -reduces premenstral tension -reduces painful bleeding
🍃Red Clover Blossom: -balances hormones -PMS relief -helps correct irregular periods -rids the body of toxins/cleanses blood *blood thinning properties- do NOT use if your periods are heavy*
🍃Nettle Leaf: -packed with vitamins & minerals (including protein) -restores healthy adrenal function (balances hormones) -eases cramp discomfort *diuretic- this will make you pee*
🍃Lemon Balm: -calms nervous system -helps your body rest and repair
🍃Rosemary: -improves circulation -helps relieve spasms & pain
🍃Ginger: -helps relieve cramps -aids in digestion
hopefully this helps you 🌚
Cinnamon can induce your period or shorten it if it falls on a date that is inconvenient to your schedule such as vacation or a pool party. Put powdered cinnamon in a clean coffee filter and brew it as if it were coffee grounds, sweeten with honey as it has similar properties. Can also work as a plan B before your first missed period if you suspect yourself to be pregnant.
^^^ thank you! if anyone else knows any, feel free to add- we could all benefit :)
Note: Red Clover, Raspberry leaves and Nettle all change hormone levels or create hormone-like chemicals. This is part of why they help ease cramps. BUT if you have health problems, specifically cancer or hormone level issues, please consult a doctor before using these herbs. Especially if you are on medications that alter hormone levels (like myself).
All of these herbs are great and I love them but if you have health issues you have to be hyper vigilant when it comes to herbal remedies

I don’t even know. It’s from a book about languages my friend’s been reading. (it’s creepy that I can understand it …)
It was actually invented with that purpose: anyone who spoke any European language should be able to understand esperanto. It was meant to be a lingua franca.
STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING Y’ALL AND TELL ME IF YOU UNDERSTAND THIS
