Immune Amnesia is a thing. And measles can cause it.

Seems that measles targets immune system cells, and by the time a person is recovered the cells that hold immune memories that help your body react to germs more swiftly to keep you for getting sick/seriously ill are severely depleted.

This can take months, or Y E A R S to recover from, and they’re still learning about it.

(This tray has minor aesthetic flaws in the stain, because sometimes the wood doesn't take the color well. 🤷‍♀️)
