I was inexperienced when I came up with the design for her in Nether After (almost a decade ago), just went with the first attempt at drawing a girl-looking character tbh. She doesn't resemble her at all, may as well be an oc.

If you have suggestions for a different name, or just have feedback on whichever you think I should do, I'm all ears.

Already more complicated than I anticipated, but the first scene is almost written!

There are three "fail states" (for lack of a better word) in Act 2: one where the player dies, one where the player leaves with Olivia and Axel (since Pike can offer to let you leave at the start of Act 2), and one where the player leaves with Petra.

However, there are also three possible fates for pet pig as well—either staying at home, being left by the entrance portal, or being stuck in the Nether.

Even though I'll be going out of my way to simplify this path wherever possible, there are a few interesting wrinkles in the worry lines of this vast, crinkly forehead that I'm excited for you to see.

Also, all the character portraits should be done, finally.

Art style concerns

I've recently been told I should revise this style to make the characters' chests less defined. Unfortunately, I failed to get direct feedback on this until after weeks of work (these characters are designed modularly, so pretty much every character has a variation of this body). I'm not sure that it's worth the time to make changes this far into the process (especially since I'm trying to finish the game quickly), but I also understand that I cannot be the sole voice determining the needs of the game.
