I kinda want to die all the time even when I'm having fun. I have a good life with family that cares so I can't be depressed or anything. what's wrong with me then?

you probably don't wanna hear this but you can be depressed even if family and friends are great, if you do not know the source of your sadness and this feeling it's probably best if you seek professional help. I've been there where I didn't exactly know what's wrong and it can be scary so speaking to someone who knows how to help can be really comforting❤️ i wish you all the best and if you need anything im here for you

Do you think it's healthy for me to go vegan or at least vegetarian if I'm 16?

Yes I do think it's healthy as long as you eat something that's gonna replace the meat in your eating habits. Maybe soy milk or something like that because it's important to give your body the things it needs. I'm also happy you're giving it the things it needs with a healthy and great alternative as that if you decide to go vegetarian😁 wish you all the best💚
