This is my OC for this Undertale AU, Arial. I made her back in 2024 as a persona, before I decided to give her a story and her own world. She has changed a lot compared to what she is now! Questions are allowed. Fanarts are allowed, just ping me or use the tags of my AU, I created them ([ut4sau] and [undertalethe4thskeleton]). Anyways, CIAOOOO!
Warning: the lore and infos are old and might be outdated compared to how Arial currently is. Therefore, most changes will be planned in the future. Plus, the grammar is shit because I'm French.
Name: Arial nickname: Ari age: 15 gender: female pronouns: she/her species: skeleton monster sexuality: asexual, hetero romantic appearance: female skeleton monster with skeletal demon-like wings, tail, claws (they can't be seen unless she pulls them out), teeth and horns, red eye lights and SOUL, scars over body due to Gaster's experiments (the most visible one over her right eye socket). her wings, despite being skeletal, have a red membrane made of monster magic, ecto and DT. height: 6’1 feet tall outfit: red sweat-shirt with orange stripes (on the sleeves), hood and pockets, red cap, black sweat-pants, white shirt, white turtle-neck sweater, gray shoes and grey fingerless gloves. personality: gremlin, chaotic, introverted, can go crazy anytime, kind of sadistic, bites, feisty, determined, smart, sarcastic, hates opening up about her problems and talking about her past, has sometimes trust issues, loves chaos (she always has fun with that), defiant, brat, confident, stubborn, smartass, sassy, likes to playfully fight, would never kill someone unless she has to, half nocturnal, swears a lot, curious, very caring to her friends and family, sometimes pessimistic, reckless, has a very big common sense. birthday: 2nd May likes: blood, bats (the animal, and she dreams to adopt one), books, video games, friends, family, being alone and/or in the dark. dislikes: Gaster, science things, someone touching her tail if they're not allowed, loud noises and light. favorite food: the cinnamon buns from Snowdin, and sometimes mice (everyone says she’s crazy for that). fears: death, fishes, Gaster. powers: bones attacks, Gaster Blasters, blue magic, blue bones, teleportation, a red sword and trident that she can summon, portals between AUs. She’s fireproof, she can also control people's minds to make them do anything, read their minds, and even hear SOUL beats from a few meters if she focuses enough, the ability to see people's SOULs even though they don't show. (those latest are from her demon half). other abilities: she sometimes growls and hisses when she’s angry/pissed off, or even purr when she’s happy. her eyelights can change their shape: when she gives in into the urge to hunt for SOULs, her eyelights turn into X’s. she also has very flexibles joints and can rotate her head at 180 degrees like owls. triggers: anything science/Gaster related, people hurting children, crowds (it makes her lose control of her "urge" to eat SOULs), someone touching her tail if they're not allowed. extra: she's a boss monster. she's NOT an alternate Sans, Papyrus or Gaster. she can fly. MK is the only one to ever have cared for her, besides for her brothers. she can wrap her tail and wings around people. She knows about the Multiverse/Aus. She used to consider Gaster as a dad, since he technically was, but what he’s done is unforgivable to her. She once said she would eat human flesh, but will never. family: Sans and Papyrus (brothers), Gaster (ex-dad). friends: Monster Kid (aka MK). He’s her best friend and only friend. stats: HP: 500 LV: 4 ATTACK: 10 (can go to 13, depending on how much power she uses) DEFENSE: 8 (can go to 9, depending on how much power she uses)
lore/story: Arial was created by Gaster from a fragment of his, Sans's and Papyrus's SOULs. All of them were surprised she was a girl, expecting a boy like them. Gaster then raised her, and he named her after a font – the font Arial -, like all skeleton monsters were. After a while, he found out that she was a bit weak and wanted to help her and make her stronger. So, when she was 7, without Sans and Papyrus knowing it, Gaster decided to inject human DT (or DETERMINATION) in her SOUL to help her get stronger. It worked. After a while, he chose to inject more DT in her SOUL, causing it to become slightly red - her eyelights also became red. He kept doing that carefully since it was very successful. But one day, when Arial was 8, he didn’t pay attention to the DT injected and used a corrupted version of it. It gave Arial demon-like wings, tail (those latest ones being skeletal), fangs, forked tongue, claws and horns. With this transformation, she also got new powers which are: a red sword and a trident she can summon portals between AUs, fireproof body, mind control, mind reading, and even hear SOUL beats from a few meters if she focuses enough, as well as the ability to see people's SOULs even though they don't show. The big amount of corrupted DT in her made her crave SOULs and she sometimes loses control of this "urge". When she does, her eyelights become two "X"s in her eyesockets. Gaster calls this the "SOUL Hunting Mode". All of this made Gaster’s scientist side come out and he experienced on Arial, now referencing her as A-03. When she was 10, Sans and Papyrus discover what Gaster did to her and they save her from his labs. While escaping the labs, she pushed Gaster into the CORE, his own creation. She now lives with her brothers Sans and Papyrus, who call her Arial again. She has scars from the experiments and this final fight while escaping Gaster’s LABS, the biggest one across her right eye socket – she got it while fighting Gaster with her brothers. At the age of 14, she finds out that Gaster survived his fall in the CORE and escaped to try and help because he feels guilty from his actions. Arial, led by her past trauma, assumes he wants to capture her again so he could experiment on her like before. She tries to stop him or escape him with Sans and Papyrus’s help while attempting to control her urge to hunt for SOULS.
