Valentyn work-in-progress

For my 8th town, I decided to try something else. I’ve been a “purist” until now, and had not hacked any of my towns (although I used to use the wi-fi glitch to duplicate a lot of bells, clovers and bushes.) I’ve always wished I could have denser forest areas, and more interesting waterways, so, I’m working on areas bit-by-bit and we’ll see where it takes me.

What are the odds of this happening? This is my 8th Animal Crossing town, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen 3 pieces of furniture from the same set, for sale at the same time.

3DS VERSION 11.4 + HAX

11.4 patches soundhax, udsploit, and safehax on the DS, so do not update if you haven’t already! this is the standard rule for all new firmware versions when they are first released! if you want to use your hax, it’s safer to not update until you know a workaround has been made.

however, you can update if you have a New 3DS - the ones that have “new” in the name and have the new lil c-stick thing.

NEW 3DS users can download a new otherapp file version available here! delete your old otherapp file from your SD card, enter your new firmware version on the website, + download that file! everything should work fine!

OLD 3DS / 2DS users should NOT update to 11.4 until a new otherapp version is available for them. dev says it’ll be “a while” but idk what that means.

I recommend following smealum on twitter, as he’s the dev for the hax and will be the first to say what’s been patched and when a workaround is available.

When I so desperately need bells and Tortimer hasn’t come to visit me yet, I love the bell rock. And when I get in all 9 hits... Woohoo!!

Whenever I start a new town, this step always makes me the happiest, because it means I can build another bridge. 99% of the time, my starter bridge is in the most inconvenient place.

My newest distraction: Yet another town...

I tend to make a town with a theme in mind, and it gets to a point where I don’t want anything to change, so I stop playing it. But I love playing Animal Crossing so I need to feed my addiction and can easily find a reason to get a new town started. I forgot to even look at the “face and hair guides” and I made a few random choices during my talk with Rover. I was happy to have popped out of the station looking exactly as I hoped though. I was also hoping to have cherry trees and fate seemed to be on my side.

I honestly got a dream addy for Liliales a little while ago but kept forgetting to post, and now I’m not even sure what time of day I did it, or anything, but I hope you’ll stop by!
