Hey! I miss seeing your posts. In case you see this, I was wondering if you know when you will be back on and posting more often? And more importantly, how have you been? And what have you been up to?

Hello anon! Thank you for thinking about me!

First off, I am SO sorry, but my time for tumblr (and having a life haha) is nonexistent and my dreams and goals have changed a lot in the past year, making tumblr (or the tumblr I knew when I left) not as appealing or useful for what I want to do.

IF I come back again, my blog will be a lot different (more writing based), or I'll be redirecting to another blog/website I might start. For now however, school is absolutely crazy! I'm still in the process of starting a pro-life student organization, but it's so hard for someone with my personality to take leadership and do the managerial work (I gravitate to a different side of leadership). I'm in an unsure place about my church home and have been visiting other wonderful churches, but that doesn't bother me as much as my uncertainty about the future and following God's will.

Once again, thank you for this! It feels good to let my followers know a bit more about me and it's gotten me thinking a bit about starting blogging again, but it might be a while until that's a possibility. Maybe I'll try to at least post updates on here until things change :)

Seven months later...

Hello everybody. Remember me?

It has been seven months since I last posted or logged onto tumblr, and I would now like to give the most sincerest apology to my followers and friends on here for not saying a word since. I had wanted a month after my random stop to come on and apologize, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it…nor a month later…until now.

My reasons then for stopping had to do with me taking a break from tv shows; I started spending more time with friends and growing in relationships with them as well as with God. I focused better in school and I had this freedom from not being glued to the computer (tv shows/tumblr) that I wanted to hang on to.

When the spring semester started, I picked up tv shows again, but at a much more balanced level. For some reason, I didn’t pick up tumblr again. Life just gets to you, and I had no room for tumblr and I’m honestly glad I didn’t have tumblr as a distraction this last, hard semester.

So. A LOT of things have changed. I don’t want to go through them all, but I’ll be as brief as possible:

Switched to Computer Science major

Went on a mission trip

Continued to go to College Libertarian meetings

Continued to love the pro-life movement, found a friend who’s passionate like me, and am volunteering a local pregnancy clinic by starting a club on campus.

Finished my first month in Madison, Wisconsin, where I’m staying in the summer (brother works here, got me a place, and I just love the city and the church and the people of God here) and am kinda sorta working/interning for my brothers’ side company.

More dedication to pro-life movement.

I know for sure that God wants me to do something in the pro-life movement. I’m not sure yet how much of my life should be devoted to it or how/if my current major will play a role in that. I just want to start with some small steps for now, and I think if I start blogging again, it might help. 

Therefore, I’m going to be starting a new blog that will focus solely on abortion, the pro-life movement, and the student organization I plan on starting. I haven’t made anything yet, but I figured I’d let everyone know what’s been going with me and what my future might entail. This blog won’t be going away anytime soon, but I won’t be very active on it.

If I knew you a bit better, hey, please talk with me if you’d like. I miss the people I got to know a bit better on here. And if I didn’t know you as well, you’re welcome to talk to me too :)

Yeah, I feel so bad for not even saying, "hey, life is busy", so once again, I'll apologize. Life is still busy and will always be so, but I'm learning how to make time/prioritize.

I needed to take a break from my work so here's me in a study room with my coffee. It's cold outside and I can see sane people all bundled up and insane people in shorts. It's sunny and the shadows that the tree are casting are beautiful. I'm alive. Jesus loves me. I'm saved. Life is beautiful.

BE HAPPY TODAY (even when you're super stressed and almost sick like me)

Thank God for the cold because without the cold, we could never enjoy the warmth. :) 

Okay, I love you guys and wish I could be on tumblr more, but alas, that's proving to be difficult this week.

I had the most wonderful time at fall retreat with my college church ministry and maybe I'll write about what I learned there (spiritually/I wrote a lot of notes so I have a lot to impart). Also, I gave up TV shows for now so I actually feel really free.
