𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘶𝘱𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦...⁣ ⁣ I separated my roots on my wash days - some people assume that separation means you’re not fully freeforming. 𝐀𝐜𝐧𝐞 & makeup ⁣ I have acne/pimples🌻⁣ ⁣ So I hardly wear makeup to avoid skin irritations. But when I do, I clean my makeup brushes and dry them well. ⁣ ⁣ This will prevent the spread of bacteria of any sort. I do check my makeup too- so I’m not wearing expired stuff lol...⁣ ⁣ I also apply a light moisturizer on my face before layering any makeup products.⁣ ⁣ I do a lot of random readings so I align myself with mineral makeup and those that aren’t so oily. 😎⁣ ⁣ When taking off the makeup - I sometimes do an oil cleanse just go get that extra junk out. 𝘑𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘣𝘺 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳⁣ ⁣ Maybe hair isn’t 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 hair ? ⁣ Maybe it’s 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 than hair ⁣ Maybe it’s political ?⁣ Is Black Hair a movement ?⁣ ⁣ Ultimately, I believe that a black woman is free to wear her hair in whatever style she wants. I root for 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦, the freedom where women are more than their looks.
