"Sir, it's not healthy to grumpy be all the time. Even if your cancer is located to the lungs you should think about your tension."
His head difficultly turns in direction of the voice seeing that face he met few hours ago.
"Ah...it's you again..."
"Of course it's me! I told you I'll see tonight, Mr. Itadori!"
He took some seconds to analyze the young girl, thinking about somehow she shares some traits with you.
"Is there something wrong with me sir?"
"No, I just wonder who is your grandmother?"
The young nurse tilt her head a bit stunned by this question.
"Are you searching love, sir?"
"No, you cheeky brat! But your last name remind me someone."
Curious, the girl explained what she knows about you and, even if your name was the first thing she mentioned when she talks about your scent, Wasuke was completely sure that was you.
"So� Does that remind you someone, sir? If I'd known I'll be the nurse of one grandmother's friend, I swear she wouldn't believe me!"
The old man closed slowly his eyes and just told this :
"I had a dream about her. Do you want me to tell you?"
The eyes of Seiza illuminated to this question and joyfully accepted.
The aged man take time to explain what he dreamed until the sky became dark.
At the end the tray of food the young lady brings to him was empty, and the atmosphere was filled of laughter and a pleasant warmth.
"Gosh that story is really cute. I never knew this side of my grandma... Next time tell me more about your grandson too!" She declared by taking the food- trolley to the exit of his room. She gave him one last smile for the day and told:
"Have a good evening, Sir!"
By smiling peacefully, Wasuke nodded simply.
"Thanks miss. YĆ«gata-bi, I hope the same for you."
When she quits his room, he just sighs still struck by her intense resemblance with you when she expressed some positive emotions. And then he starts to wonder if he ever saw you being really angry and a thought leading another he simply fell asleep.

For several days after that encounter with that man called Wasuke, you started to unwillingly hope to run into him again...
You try to convince yourself it was for giving him a lighter you bought right after your job shift, but deeply you know it was also for asking his contact. And weirdly that day finally happened, and you did it. Even though it was after whopping some weirdos with your own hands, happily they were barking more than biting, and they didn't have any weapons on them. Wasuke was there too, but he only saw the moment your punch was dating one of the guys' cheek. It kinda shocked him at first since he didn't recognize you but after realized the whole scene he was about to burst into laughter cause seeing a such "shy person"(truly his first impression of you) be able to throwing such moves without being ashamed was quite impressive and completely jarring for him.
He approached when you were yelling some birds names to the cowards who tried to harass you.
"Yo, Ms. YĆ«gata-bi. I didn't know you were able to throw hands so easily with strangers. It was amusing to witnessed but...you should be careful not everyone is easily scared by a woman like you."
Flinching by his remark you met his eyes with an eyebrow raised.
"What do you mean by that?" Your tome was cold and sharp.
Feeling he probably upset you, he clarifies what he meant.
"You look like a person easy to step on. I imply anything else."
Your looks ease to his explanation.
"Oh... I see. Here's your lighter by the way."
His eyes downcast to your hands having the little gadget who was pinkish like his hair. After taking it, he noticed some scratches on your hands coming from your earlier altercation. Nothing serious just the consequences of how you've bad made your fist to beat up these people. And before he could even think, words spilled out of his mouth.
"Let me inviting you, YĆ«gata-bi."
His declaration made open wide your eyes because the absence of warning.
"Wha-"
"Nothing weird I promise, just you need to get healed, or it will leave scars on your hands... And I genuinely want to show you something..."
Him not naming that "something" kinda wake up a flame of curiosity. You accepted with ease. He told you to wait for him in front of a dojo at a chosen hour. You leave each other after this with a sweet feeling of warmth in your chest...
You arrived in front of the place decided a few minutes earlier you were dressed formally but still comfortable since you didn't have any information of what you're going to do together.
You were a bit surprised to see him quit the dojo.
When he finally reached you, all you ask was just :
"Are you working here? Isn't it a bit contradictory to be smoker for someone practicing sports? Especially for the lungs?"
He just rolled his eyes and answered you :
"That's not your business of what I do with my lungs, woman. And for answering at your first question: Yes I work here."
But before you asked something again he gently grabbed by the arm leading you to the nearest pharmacy where he bought products of first aid and a bike lock.
After that he lead you to a house in wood where the name Itadori was already written. You didn't dare to enter before he gave his explicit permission and the first thing you noticed was the temperature indoor who was so comforting. Wasuke told you to sit in the living room while he was unpacking what he bought. He also already prepared some meat he'll use for a gyƫdon tonight. When he gets back to you, he sat next to you, ask for your hands and start to treat it.
"Be careful it's probably gonna sting a little bit."
He was right, but the pain was completely bearable. After that he just said you should stay here for dinner since somehow he cuts too much meat for one person, and he doesn't want to waste it.
You clearly see through his eyes it was just some made up excuses, but you accepted.
You didn't expect him to be so...caring it was truly jarring with his tougher side.
"You're a real softie, Itadori." You pronounced these words, so abruptly he almost chocked to your comment.
"What do you mean by that!?" By trying to catch his breath.
"I thought you had a stone heart, but I was clearly wrong, haha." Handing him a napkin with a genuine smile.
"You talk about me like I'm some monster or some sort of troll eating children..." He said and somehow start to pouting.
"Yeah, you're grumpy as a troll, but that's what made your charm!" You answered by laughing brightly.
You noticed a slight blush on his cheeks that kinda make you happy inside you in an intense way.
The rest of the date passed, and you genuinely like it. But after this, when you were at your doorstep, you faced him, take his hand, entangled your fingers with his, your heart beating so hard its vibration could be felt in the tips of your fingers.
And you declared this:
"Thank you for the dinner and treating my hands... I really enjoyed, your company especially... I wanted to do the same for you! So-"
"No need to repay me for this. Anybody would have done the same. However..."
He placed his hands on both sides of your neck and dangerously approached his face from yours...
And simply placed a kiss on your forehead leaving you with a funny stunned expression on your face.
"Next time, my mouth will be placed elsewhere, if you agree of course."
As he looked away by finishing his sentence and being stiff like a staff. It seems it was one of the rare times he had such boldness.
You were still processing everything he said and without thinking just hugged deeply and whispered a light "I'd love too."
Your sweet fragrance come to his nose and ease his whole body a bit.
When you finally let go of him and enter in your home, you can't help but wonder about this "next time".
Unfortunately life decides otherwise too soon...

A nurse walking through the long hospital corridor with a food trolley finally reached the door of the patient who was assigned to her.She knocked loudly and waited politely for an answer, but since the only reply she heard was a groan, she opened the door calmly.
"Mr. Itadori? ...I'm your personally assigned nurse. My name is-"
"No need to waste your breath.Just do what you have to do and go look after the other patients who really deserve it."
He said it slowly but with great firmness.
The young woman was a little bit astonished by his words, but she simply smiled and said:
"You know, Sir... you're not my patient because I want to be, but because I'm still a student.I aspire to be a high school nurse one day, and for that, I have to do an internship in a hospital. Since you never called the personnel, the manager of the service thought it was the most fitting idea to allocate me to you."

The sound of the annoying device fulfills its function: to get you off the bed.Your tired legs were leading you to your bathroom to prepare yourself because today was your first day of/in ...
So, in front of the mirror, you tried to look the most presentable and "fitting" for a "hÄfu*."
After finishing choosing your clothes to wear, you enter your kitchen and go in front of your fridge to search for the address of your workplace.Within a few minutes, you find the paper containing the information; the place wasn't too far with the subway and a bicycle.
After getting dressed and taking your bike, close the door of your house.
You pedal to the nearest station and wait for the subway train. During the wait, you go to the vending machine next to the seats and order a coffee can, but the machine doesn't seem to work, and the can stays blocked, with your few coins clearly pocketed by the device. You tried some tricks to defuse the situation, but it's no use. At the moment you were about to lose your composure in front of it, a voice was raised behind your back.
"Need some help, Miss?"
*Argh... dang it...* you think. By taking a deep breath, you turn in the direction of the voice with an ashamed smile and ears literally burning with embarrassment.
"Oh! Hmm, yes sir. The product I bought is stuck in this machine and..."
You didn't even have the audacity to meet the eyes of the person you were talking to.
"Lady, I can't help you if I can't hear what you're saying! Plus, my eyes are up there!I don't bite, you know?"
The voice of the man was really loud and grumpy, so to avoid pissing him off more, you lift your head with a fierce look and explain your situation again.
He shivered quickly at your sudden change of demeanor but listened carefully.
"And now I have to face a grumpy man in front of me early in the morning."
Even though he pulled a face, the loud man carefully listened to your issues and simply inserted some coins into the vending machine, pushed the buttons as you did for your drink, and held the can in your hands, pouting and mumbling a semblance of excuses.
You were about to thank him, but he cut you off by making you notice the train that was about to leave and just told you:
My name is Wasuke Itadori. If you want to be square next time, buy me a lighter.
You agree, and before running to catch the train, you tell him your last name, "YĆ«gata-bi," and give him a genuine smile as a thank you.
While your figure was taken away by the public transportation, the man noticed something about you.

SOOOOO YEP I PROB DID THE ONLY FANFIC ABT THAT FINE OLD MAN BUT COME ON I'M PRETTY SURE HE WAS CUTE AS HELL IN HIS YOUTH.
Asase joined the cleaners several months after Riyo. She got there because she found out Enjin, a man she consider as a big brother was working over there.
She was born at the border of Kremmos village but moved with her mother in the West due to her job. She never known her dad and was used to have an emotionally abusive relationship with her mom who died during a Trash Storm when Asase was 4 years old.
All of that cause her to not be able to opened up easily to the children of the orphanage and even escalated in some rare case to violent behavior towards them, especially when they dare to touch her CD range purse the only reminder who left from her parents before her birth. Apparently these two used to go in Canvas Town, buy a DVD and watching it together at least once in the week! At first there were for all types of movies: drama; comedy; horror; musicals and even documentaries. However after learning about the pregnancy they bought that purse in denim and continue their little habit while putting accent on animation movies and the ones who carrying morals and important values for them. Unfortunately the dad died a few week before the term due to an accident tied to his job as a Vianders.
That event combined to a postpartum depression didnât help her to be totally available for her. By growing up her motherâs patience became thinner let her being more irritable than average. Nonetheless when Asase set a DVD on the player the tension between them faded a little and the silence was covered up by the sound on the TV. It was cyclic situation but she was fine with it. Thatâs why, when the Hell guard announce her death the little girl feel her brain break like glass.
In the orphanage, when a blond teen of 13 years old came to her face for asking question about her only treasure, she didnât hesitate to clench her hand in a way for threatening him.
Surprised by that reaction the young boy just smiled and leave her alone but he continue to interact with her until she finally opened herself and started to follow him everywhere like a baby bird. Sadly theyâve been pull apart for an unknown reason.

When she left the establishment she start a journey to Kremmos followed by the West ward and finally ended in Canvas Town(itâs where her parents met for the first time, I HAD TO DEVELOP their story too) for searching any kind of memory from them. She only found a never opened letter and discover her dad was a Giver. This last information light up a curiosity in her and when she finally contact a distant cousin he told her this:
âIf one day something terrible happened to you and you want to be recognize by your paternal side do at least 3 tattoos on your body with this one specifically on your back, no one exterior to this family know the meaning of it.â
He handed her a red bound book who have for title: âAdinkras: Clans and meaningsâ, in it there were many symbols representing a proverb or a concept. The man explain to her this tradition found its roots in a time before the slipt between Heaven and Ground so every names find in this book even her own came from an ancient language.
She finally choose 3 symbols excluding the mandatory one: One for the change and the adaptility; another representing the importance of the Earth as a reminder for their condition of groundlings but also for living a sustainable life in the memory of Viander role of her dad in society. Finally the tattoo that everyone share in their back was impossible to explain clearly. The only meaning her cousin could give her was this one:
"An entity superior to everything and everyone on this land with the capacity to control the infinitesimal structure in every beings."
