Mexico, 2018
Just bought a Sony A7 and adopted a kitten named Monterey Jack. Here's the first photo I made on the camera.

GROOVE UPDATE
My first feature film as a Production Designer and Producer is doing a festival run right now. We had a great turnout at LIIFE and can’t thank everyone enough for their support. “Groove” is headed to Florida next!

For two months last winter I ran around NYC searching for the perfect Irish Grandmother and her family to perform in this Volkswagen Commerical. Working with Des Hamilton Casting and MZJ was a dream. I had the honor to be the director, Benito Montorio’s assistant. Definitely sappy and pretty beautiful.
HEY TUMBLR! I know it’s been quite a while... I’ve been pretty busy working on a few cool things. Here’s one.
Coca-Cola Food Feuds: Pizza
I was a casting assistant for the killer company, Mister Dixon and worked on this Coca-Cola commercial. I had an amazing time running around NYC finding real people to speak about their love for pizza. Mmm
My thesis PERSONAL PROJECTIONS will be presented at the University of Michigan’s Museum of Art this upcoming week on Sept 7 along with other very talented peers work. Wish I could be there to see it; If you’re in Ann Arbor go check it out!

Just wrapped the craziest movie and month of my life. From guerrilla filmmaking on the subways, set dressing apartments in an hour, throwing 2 live concerts, to living in an apartment with 9 of the most down to earth dudes in Yonkers... Groove has been more than an amazing experience. Thanks to crew for putting up with me and my complaints about costuming and making me feel part of the family. It was a pleasure to art direct my first feature film and couldn't ask for a better, harder working crew than you guys. Thanks to everyone who came out to support us; the movie is already looking incredible. Stay smoove my friends!!

PERSONAL PROJECTIONS is a collaborative multimedia installation analyzing memories of seven diverse students. Using LCD projection interaction on their bodies and skin, each video vignette explores an aspect of their identity. These scenes range from stereotypical expectations, gender roles, horrific events, and secretive experiences. PERSONAL PROJECTIONS displays intimate subject matter at monumental scales, making the cherished memories very public. The audience enters the stage, stimulated by fields of colored light and composed soundscapes that support each scenes imagery.
