So it's been a million years since I posted (a few days). I've been in a mental black hole for the past couple of weeks and I guess it finally caught up to me. Anyway I cheered up a little because my respirator and mask came in the mail today.Now all I need is my contact lenses that I will probably get from @primalcontactlenses. Thanks to @momthecosplayer for the suggestion. Anyway my hair is all braided nice and neat right now, but I will probably take more accurate pictures for my L cosplay when it's messy again. So finally got some more stuff for my Jedi cosplay. Just wanted to show it off a little bit. I am still looking for sith lord eye contacts, a wide brim floppy hat preferably black, and maybe even a trench coat. Hey guys it's Random here. Alot people may not understand how important this is to me, but the fact that I'm actually going thru with the cosplaying shocks even myself. As alternative as I can be, I have always found myself not being completely who I'm comfortable with being all the time. Me being black, I have always got issues from both sides. I am deemed by some as either too white or not black enough, based off of my appearance, my hobbies and demeanor. I have slowly opened up and been more "out there" with my interest, but this is the first time I am really going all in. So I am officially done trying to cater to people's views of me! So hey guys my first ever con was about 2 weeks ago. It was at Momocon and I basically randomly stumbled upon it. I was visiting family in ATL and on what I thought was going to be my last day, I decided to drive to downtown ATL. I had a justice league shirt on and someone asked me if I was going to Momocon, which I had only loosely heard of. When I told them no, they directed towards where it was being held. When I got there I was having an excitement attack. It was one of the greatest experiences I had ever had! I ended up leaving the next day, but if anyone is wondering Momocon is what pushed me over the edge when it comes to actually going thru with cosplaying. So my bestfriend bought me a sweet lightsaber a couple of months ago and I'm super hyped. I have always been a huge star wars fan and my second cosplay will most definitely be a Sith Lord cosplay based off of Starkiller/galenmarek.
