My name is Ryan, and I'm a 20 year old trans man. I am currently 1 year on HRT (testosterone injections)

I suffer from extreme gender dysphoria, meaning I experience distress due to a mismatch between my gender identity and my sex assigned at birth. It is extremely crippling to my mental health, and some days I can't even leave the house. I am currently on Centrelink pay, so I'm barely saving $20 a fortnight. It's very hard for me to save money for this surgery.

I'm hoping to pay for at least half of it myself, but it could cost me anywhere between $6000 - $10,000, so I need all the help I can get. 

Top surgery would literally be life saving for me.
