the funniest thing about the “hobbies” post was that it was a joke on relatable posts and had a fifth bulletpoint that was less relatable. however it was made during the time where you could edit other peoples text posts & somewhere early on, another blogger either didn’t get the joke or simply thought it’d do better as a straightforward relatable post and… yeah i’ve been seeing variations of that post all over social media and even one time on a t-shirt in the years since.

the whole point was to pick four VERY relatable things that literally EVERYONE does and then one less relatable thing that only a handful of people were doing in like 2013 when i made the post. instead someone removed the last bulletpoint and it just became a really relatable post and i’m not saying that’s an awful thing to happen or anything, just that it’s striking how changing something so little can change the intent entirely.
