You are not her, and she is not you. You are not him, you are not them. You are you. Remember this, especially in this month of Ramadan. Everyone's Ramadan looks different; everyone's worship looks different. As hard as it is, sometimes you have to put blinders on and focus on the reality of the actions that you are doing. Acknowledge the steps you are taking towards Allah, even if they seem small to you.
You may look at the Muslims around you and see their outward worship. Then you feel bad about how much you're doing. As long as you are doing your best, it's enough darling. I promise. Worship comes in all different forms, and Allah accepts all forms of worship that are done according to the Sunnah and for His sake. Don't forget this.
Strive your hardest, smile in the face of hardship, and take your pain and worries to your Lord. He can soothe your sore heart, He will allow you to find your worth through Him, and He will lighten your burdens.
Refrain from complaints and say "Alhamdulilah" often. Pray, pray, and pray some more. Please remember Allah and ask Him for help whenever you need it. When you find yourself in tears, and no one sees them but Him, when you're at your lowest, remember that sujood will lift your soul.
Never undermine the burdens of your heart. How you feel is real, and your test is tailored especially for you. Your tears are valid, the heaviness in your heart is valid, your tiredness is valid, and so is your stress.
Know that Allah will never give you more than you can bear. And even though it seems like no one understands the true weight you are carrying, He surely knows. You're doing an amazing job! May Allah be with you always.
