Do u ever feel like you had a video of a specific moment because it was so vivid but when u check your files there isn’t. 🤯 I guess this also happens if u just want to relive memories and see that person one last time but you know you can’t because that person is gone

When I was younger my mom would usually buy 2 sets of clothes so we could be twinning an outfit and it sort of stop when I turned teen age years. Gaaahh those were the days. 🥺 So recently my mom have been enjoying going through shopee/lazada to buy her own clothes and whenever her orders would arrive she and I are both excited (kahit sa kanya lang naman talaga yon) and that kind of joy in her face is such a sight.

Then one day her orders arrived and I didn’t know that she bought one for me too because I hardly shop my clothes online. And it almost felt like we were back in my childhood years where we used to twin our outfits. And yes, opo same style yung inorder nya saken 😅🙈 and saken oks lang naman as long as comfy naman sya isuot keribels na. She showed it to me, she got 3 pieces of shorts 1 for me and the other was for her. But I liked the color of the other shorts and I tried it, it was big for me but I liked it better. Natatawa sya kasi yun din daw yung gusto nya, and I was teasing her na sa kanya na lang yong dapat for me (same style different size) tho she never voiced it out I can see in her eyes that she really liked the one I’m holding. “Joke lang, ayoko nyan luwag saken” I said and her face lit up. 😅 And today, she woke me up said anjan na yung bike na binili ng daddy mo(which I was excited to see btw), and then she gave me the same exact style of the shorts we both want. Like awww? Bumili ulit sya kasi she knew I liked it. 🥺👉🏼👈🏼 my heart.. and guess what now we have two pairs of shorts we could twin yay! 👯‍♀️

T’was something I definitely needed, its not the things she got me but its the thought that counts. And even tho we’re really going through tough time right now because of the recent passing of my tita I needed some light. ✨ God, even there were days that I felt like zombie woking up with no purpose I’m still grateful for this life and the people in it. ❤️

I don’t know where to begin, and I can’t even start without having my eyes filled with cloud. Couple of months ago we receive a devastating news regarding to your condition and since then it’s been hard for everyone and everyday we’ve been praying that may God give us a miracle. You’ve been our tita/mommy ever since we were young and even you’re thousand miles away from us you never failed to make us feel the love you had for us. With months of planning, and preparation after 20 years just last year before pandemic hit us, was one of the most unforgettable and happiest moments we’ve ever had with you.

I can still remember that night you’ve made your decision that you’ll bring your whole family here so we can finally meet instead of days over video call. Every night we were planning how you’ll surprise everyone it was exciting, I was excited because finally we will get to hug and kiss you guys. The day finally arrived, everyone was busy doing their tasks and just like that you arrived with Daddy Ambo, Ningning and bebi. That day was full of hugs and kisses from everyone and it was indeed an unforgettable day. You are one of the strongest, kind-hearted and selfless person I ever known. You are an amazing daughter, reliable sister, a loving wife and a wonderful mom, and amazing tita/mommy to us. You’ve been always giving to those who need help, and made sure that you are hands on with everything that you do. I can still remember that time that you made that table flower centerpiece it was beautiful!

In short span of time of your vacation here, I saw how compassionate, loving and strong you were. I can still remember that time you said when we were making kwentuhan, you said, “Gusto ko ma try nila ningning yung jeep at makita nila yung buhay dito para marealize nila na maswerte sila kung anong meron sila at matutong tumulong sa iba..” (non verbatim) you raised our cousins well mommy Ofe sobrang bait ng mga bata. And there’s this one time she said, “Dapat talaga matibay yung mindset mo, kasi dapat lagi mo isipin na kaya mo..” (it goes something like this but non verbatim) and from there I said to myself grabe si mommy Ofe, sobrang strong-minded nya.. And I knew, you’ll keep fighting, but that day I saw how weak and how you are giving up, it pains us 😔 it was so hard to see you are slowly giving up. But now, you can finally rest in paradise Mommy Ofe, no more pain. It was hard seeing you in your final moments through screen of our cellphones and not being able to hug or kiss for one last time. 🥺 Thank you for all your words of wisdom and pangaral, and to your greatest gift that we ever received last year was your gift of time. Thank you for making an effort and time to visit us here in the Philippines. We love you so much Mommy Ofe, you’ll be in our hearts forever. 🙏🏼❤️

Idk but theres a different kind of calm I get whenever I sit and watch a beautiful sunset. Kind of reminds me all the sunset I’ve seen in this lifetime. Reminds me of good times before pandemic hit us. Reminds me of all the laughter with my friends, and that moment we just sat there in peace and watch we watched the sun set and wraps up a beautiful scene. Reminds me of that day in Elyu where we were running and playing it while we celebrated my beshy’s birthday. Gawd. I could tell you so much stories I have just by watching this amazing God’s gift has given us. I could tell you how many times I stopped walking just to take a picture of that amazing view. I can show you my gallery how many photos I have with all the sunset I’ve seen. Sometimes its bittersweet because pandemic definitely changed our lives. But thats the thing we move forward and keep moving and make hopefully we make it to the next sunset.
