Okay, here’s what’s wrong with your argument from what I can see.

1) IQ, in all reality, is a crock of bullshit. Yeah, sometimes you get some weird correlations between grades and IQ, but let’s get this straight. Someone could have straight A’s and be Ivy League material and have - gasp - an average IQ. The same can happen where some people have piss-poor grades and have the IQ of a fucking genius. So don’t use your IQ as a defense against you being dumb.

2) Book smart does not equate to being street/life smart. I had (nearly) straight A’s throughout high school. Most of what I learned about life I learned in the past two years, and I’m a sophomore in college. As someone who’s a sophomore in high school, don’t say you’re “not dumb” unless you’ve got the experiences to back it up. I don’t know your life.

3) Unless your friend is in an abusive relationship, you shouldn’t even give a shit. There’s a time and a place for opinions, and if you think that you wouldn’t date the girl because she hates Doctor Who, that’s all fine and dandy. But if you think that your friend shouldn’t love her because of that, you can shut your mouth. Plus, you’re FIFTEEN. Wait a few years before getting into relationship crap. There’s a lot more fish in a far bigger pond.

okay, um, first of all, an iq test doesn’t test for booksmarts, it’s an overall intelligence, problem solving, prior knowledge, learning capability. I know quite a bit about life seeing as I have had the experiences to back it up, I can say I’m not dumb, and doctor who isn’t just a show, it’s more like a religion, there’s a system of beliefs that go along with being a whovian, and it changes your life, the way you view everything, I can’t imagine being in love with someone who hates doctor who, it’s like a christian falling in love with a satanist, (I understand that christians love everybody, but that’s not the kind of “love” I mean)
