So far each of the RWBY girls have been associated with a Relic, a Maiden and the season of that Maiden. However, when it comes to Blake and Yang, I suspect they reflect each other when it comes to the Relic and season they are each associated with. I can't be sure until we get the Vacuo arc, meet the Summer Maiden and the find Relic of Destruction, but I think it's likely.
Ruby is associated with Choice and Fall. Structurally, Choice is the most important Relic and Ruby is the protagonist. Ruby's arc also climaxed with her choosing herself in V9 (we haven't seen the Relic of Choice either so I'm sure we'll get more in the future). She is a perfect counter to Cinder, the current Fall Maiden, and Cinder is out to kill Ruby in particular. She is also associated with the season of fall through her weapon, a scythe – i.e. an agricultural tool for harvesting (which, you know, is done in the fall) and her semblance, which is visually represented by scattered petals. This calls to mind roses after their summer bloom is over and their petals have fallen as it turns to fall (yes, the poem her mom is named after).
Weiss is associated with Creation and Winter. Her home was kept afloat by the Staff of Creation, and she is the one who uses the Staff to create the way point to evacuate Mantle and Atlas. She can also summon (or create) Grimm she has defeated which she uses to protect herself and others (Maria explicitly ties protection to creation). Her sister Winter is the Winter Maiden. She is called an Ice Queen, a Snow Angel, her family symbol is a snowflake, her name means white snow etc.
Yang is associated with Knowledge and Spring. She is the one who retrieves the Lamp and is the most concerned with learning the truth. She wants to know why her mother left, is the one who asks Ozpin to neither lie nor withhold information anymore, is the most upset out of team RWBY when Ozpin does so, is the one to suggest telling Robyn the truth etc. Her mother, Raven, is the Spring Maiden.
Here's the catch though. Yang doesn't seem very Spring aesthetically? She's fiery, she's sunny, she's summery. If Blake follows the pattern she will be Destruction and Summer, but her shadowy aesthetic doesn't seem very summery. So here's where the reflection comes in. I think Yang matches summer and Blake spring. Yang is a little more obvious, but Blake, especially in V9, has renewed her hope and optimism of her youth, becoming more cheerful and open which I think makes her very spring themed. Their semblances, too, may add to this. Yang's semblance, which requires her to take damage in order to dish it back stronger, seems related to destruction. While Blake's semblance relies on tricking people (preying on their lack of knowledge) in order to escape or create an advantage.
So yeah. Yang is symbolically associated with Knowledge/Spring and Blake (will be) symbolically associated with Destruction/Summer, but aesthetically seem to match the Relic/season of the other.
