She grinned. He had a very funny, sweet laugh; she couldn’t help it. “I am not making fun of you,” she explained, giggling herself. “It’s just a little silly, no? Tiny little lizard. You could keep him as a pet in a cage. If you find more, you can collect them.” She wiggled her fingers tantalizingly, teasing him. The elevator dinged loudly and the pair of them stepped inside.
He looked over his shoulder when she giggled and a wide smile fell on to his lips before he entered the elevator, pressing the button to his floor. “I know I know” He chuckled himself, it was silly of him to be scared of a lizard, but what could he do, hey? He shook his head. “I can’t even imagine doing that to be honest” He actually shuddered at the thought and let out another chuckle before the doors opened and he grabbed his key card before walking out, towards the door to his room.
