this reminds me of the first time i was pulled into a hug by someone, a real heartfelt hug. it was just a moment but i so remember the shock that went through me and thinking of it still makes me both happy and sad. it happened back in school and hasn’t happened again ever since, and a part of me is still in love with that person who did it, and it is so weird to know that this person probably doesn’t even remember that moment, but i’ll be forever grateful to them for that hug, because it was my first real embrace. yeah. embrace is the word. not hug.
