This isn't your typical "bootcamp" session where you do KB swings, box jumps, rope slams, etc. These sessions will include some of that but I want to focus on squatting, deadlifting, and pressing. Other things I focus on are proper lifting technique and building strength, muscle, and conditioning. Not just getting sweaty. That's too easy. Here's my number.
