Judas/Jesus Mizuena is well established here and I don't have anything to say on it that hasn't always been said, but I raise you Serpent/Eve Mizuena.
In the book of Genesis, the serpent (later known as Satan) tricks Eve into eating the forbidden fruit through deception. Later, as a result of this action, God punishes the woman by sentencing her to pain and death. For deceiving Eve, the serpent is cursed to eat dust. More importantly, Eve is to hate the serpent who is destined for death at the hand of her offspring (Jesus).
Now in the context with Mizuena the forbidden fruit represents friendship with Mizuki specifically. In the biblical account, Satan got Eve to eat the fruit by selling it as something it wasn't. Meanwhile Mizuki believes she is deceiving Ena by selling herself as someone she's not. The thing is, it can be argued that Satan didn't lie about the fruit. It really did give Adam and Eve further knowledge, to the point where they cover themselves because they realize they are naked and they did not die that same day like God implied they would (granted they did not make it to 1000 years either so technically God did not lie either) so it could be argued that the serpent only lied by omission. Similarly, Mizuki also isn't lying about who she is and is only really lying by omission (not telling Ena she's trans).
Mizuki also believes that in 'tricking' Ena into a friendship with her, she is causing her pain (and maybe the death of her social standing). She also believes that she's setting herself up for suffering whenever things inevitably fall apart. When she believes everything has fallen apart, she says "I want to disappear" ready to doom herself to death. In giving Ena her friendship, she believes she has doomed them both.
Bonus: Satan's execution is to be at the hands of Jesus, who he tries and fails to tempt during his 40 day fast. You know who has major correlation to Jesus in Mizuki's head?
Basically, following this narrative, what Mizuki thought would happen at the time of lower was that she and Ena would be friends, Ena would find out about her being trans somehow, their friendship would cause Ena pain whether through false kindness or harsh words from others, and then this would create a rift between them which would be impossible to fix which may lead to her being exiled from niigo (like satan being exiled from heaven before his execution).
