I am struggling really badly with my ARFID. I hate it.

Also making YouTube videos will have to wait for a while.

I have been having multiple bad meltdowns every day and shutdowns and it is too much.

I am taking break from posting or trying to make videos or post or make anything.

I am struggling with my brain and my body.

I will be back later. Probably still come on here, but no posts.

Beautiful Different Life

Being different is hard and stressful and painful,

But that doesn’t make it any less beautiful.

None of us are exactly the same, we are all unique,

Some are more different but that doesn’t make us weak.

Life can be hard and stressful and painful too,

But that doesn’t make it any less beautifully alive and true.

So we try and we fight and we make our way,

Through this life of hardship and beauty every day.

It’s okay to be different and it’s okay to be in pain,

But remember the sun will come out every day the same.

We will work our way through hurt and difference in life,

Because even if we have to carve away the filth with a knife,

We will see life’s beauty and we will rise again,

And mark down our way through this world with a pen.

I am trying really hard to make a video about stimming. But it's so difficult. Words are so hard and sometimes I wish I wasn't so much in my own world (like doctors say). So my video will take much time.

I got Ruby Redfort audiobooks again!!!

The library taken some off. I was upset.

But carer staffs helped me get them on my phone.

I am up to my 5th reread this year!!!

It is frustrating when my special / restrictive interests prevent me from doing things.

I really want write poetry. But my brain is stuck on the other things.

I'm going to my first Catholic Mass on Sunday.

I am so excited. And anxious.

But I will have a carer with me.

And carer P is going to organise it all for me.

My first Catholic church Mass. Next Sunday.

Was worried N would hate me if I end up converting to Catholicism (progressive type, not hate type).

But they assure me they won't. I am different to the religious people who hurt them.

That is good. I never want N to hate me. I love them.

Am starting to feel bit better from infection. But still sick.

Hope I can go church next week Sunday Mass. Carer P said I can go when I am well. Also she is Christian. But not Catholic.

But I am taking my time. Because autism makes it hard to understand things.

But Catholicism is feel warm and safe and like home. It make me happy to pray. I not know it all.

But as carers P and E said, I will figure it out in time.

Carer just sewed my pyjama top fixed.

Was wearing anyway. Falling off. Because I only like that pyjamas.

Has crows on shirt. And is comfortable because second hand, cut off the itchy parts and worn for years and years.

But in that time the arm holes ripped down the side. Because of normal wear and also stimming.

But now it is fixed. The arm holes are attached in the circle like proper. Not falling off me.

Carer did it good. I have proper pyjama top now.

Does anyone know of any YouTube channels that are made by progressive Catholics? Catholic YouTube people who don't hate queer people and disabled people and people of colour.

So much of what I have found on YouTube is anti-gay and anti-trans and anti-autism Catholics. But that isn't what I want and it makes me sad, as someone who is trans and gay and has autism.

So, if anyone has recommendations for specifically progressive Catholic YouTube channels, I please ask that you share. Either your channel or someone else's. Thank you.

Forgotten Beauty

I think people forget the raw and effortless beauty of the world, and the beauty of themselves

They forget to fall in love again with all the little things weaving together a true display of nature's making

They forget that kid like joy at seeing a snail curling a trail along the bricked ground on a cool aired rainy day

They forget that moment in the afternoon when the sun glows warm against their skin in a moment of peace

They forget the way their irises shift colours in different lighting and the way their pupils contract and expand to accommodate the levels of light

They forget the joy they experienced as a kid at finding a the coolest rock in the sand of a playground

They forget to fully take in the sound of a loved one's completely unfiltered laugh at something someone once said

They forget to notice the way branches of dead trees intersect and create patterned shapes of sky above their heads

They forget the beauty of wrinkled skin that shows the lifetime of wear this body has given them

They forget that the world is beautiful and they forget that they are beautiful too

They forget that they can be in love with the world again and in love with themselves

But we can remember again, too

So I will try to love the world and love me like I love you, and I will say it like I mean it, until I fully believe that it's true
