James's Boggart is Severus bloody corpse begging for the pain to stop and saying he misses his mum.
This can be due to the Prank or it's Snape's corpse after he k1lled himself due to the bullying since deep down James does feel guilty.

Wu wanted Morro to be the green ninja in the hopes he would be able to cure Garmadon from the venom, because he felt so guilty and it was beginning to affect how Garmadon acts more and more.
When Morro ran away Garmadon was part of the search party to look for him, Wu searched for months not resting, Garmadon thinking he's being a good brother did the same following Wu around. After a while they separate to cover more ground and Garmadon stumbled upon Morro and his lonely camp fire, this is the only thing Garmadon remembers but what actually happened was Garmadon tired and exhausted is over taken by the Venom and ended up luring Morro into a cave (not knowing the caves significance) and attacked him leaving him in the cave to die alone when Garmadon came to he woke up in a river near the Monastery.
Not knowing what happened (like at all I can't stress this enough) to Morro or how he got there and with a terrible feeling in his chest he felt prompted to "abandon" Lloyd and Misako because he's worried he may hurt them.
The memory of what happened to Morro is so faint, to the point it's non existent as he was completely under the control of the venom
But sometimes he has nightmares, short glimpse of him brutally attacking an unknown child making him worry it's Lloyd.

Years and years later the Ninja are fighting a villain who reveals how Morro died, and all the details like; Morro died slowly and painfully, that he was murdered by his uncle someone Wu told him he could trust, and that he begged to go home, and called out for his farther (Wu)
Garmadon would beg for his brother's forgiveness and would cry out to their father, While Wu traumatized from watching his son die would be unable to talk to his brother or look at him. Wu would be angry and hate Garmadon because he feels like a large portion of all the traumatic things that happened in his life is because of him, and he'd feel guilty because it's not Garmadons fault but the venoms, but he would resent the fact he has to always forgive him since it's never "actually his fault"

This would also greatly affect how Lloyd sees his dad because as much as he wants to see his loving father he begins to notice how young Morro actually looked, and now he can't unsee his father ruthlessly killing him.
(Lloyd was deeply traumatized by Morro in season five)
Morro also used to babysit Lloyd when everyone was away and he became more like a parent despite his young age as Misako, Garmadon, AND Wu slowly were neglecting him.
Wu was always out doing something or with his Students/original team members (the ninjas parents)
Misako suffering from postpartum depression would just listen to Lloyd cry and do nothing (she also resented having to give up her lifestyle for Lloyd, Garmadon, and Wu)
Garmadon is beginning to think he is dangerous to his family and falling deeper into the Venom
Lloyd would wonder what is life would have been like if he was never sent to the boarding school and had someone who loved and took care of him like a brother/parent
(before Morro ran away he said goodbye to baby Lloyd and told him he'd be back soon and when he's the green ninja he'd be able to protect and take care of him)

Since Morro died surrounded by a lot of negative emotions it made it easier for him to become corrupted by the cursed realm and prevented him from moving on.
(Morro also doesn't remember how he actually died he just remembered that he left his home and died painfully because of it)
When Morro was reincarnated he met the first spinjitzu master who introduced himself as his Grandfather and told him he was part of the family now even if it's not by blood, before sending him back

Where Lloyd goes to the departed realm in the hopes of finding his farther, and ends up running into Morro the wind spirit that protects the land (like Haku) whos trying to help him without the Preeminent (the lady of the land knowing)
the departed realm looks just like the bath house from spirited away except everyone in there is overly indulging themselves such as ghost gorging themselves on food to the point they are sick, drinking until they can't see, worriers being maimed and fighting just to get back up without dying, dancers frailing unable to stop, and merchants selling products they never run out of.
there is also a clear social class as everyone with power are on the higher levels of the bath house and seem to have more control over themselves, while the people outside are practically wasting away
Lloyd has to work for the bath house serving spirits on the higher levels, some of the spirits have taken forms of the current elemental masters and all their worst flaws.
the fire spirit looks just like Kai and seems to be always angry and can never admit when he's wrong. he's more likely to physically lash out at staff when he makes a mistake or he is particularly irritable
the lightning spirit lacks self control and will trick staff into making mistakes to humiliate them Infront of people. he loves attention and puts on shows for other guests where staff members do impossible physical tasks and the majority die.
The water spirit doesn't accept anything other then perfection, setting impossible tasks and unknown restrictions and if something doesn't go her way she will destroy things and it's best to server her when her brother isn't around. She'll use her words to cut deep and will literally cut staff members if she isn't satisfied. the cuts aren't enough to kill but just enough to leave marks on your face and arms to embarrass you, she'll also cut your hair and in extreme cases pull eyes.
the Ice spirit seems to not understand Human emotions or limits and would put staff members into situations they can not do without harming themselves such as asking them to stick their hands in boiling water or remove a finger so in can see how many bones are inside
the earth spirit is easiest for staff as he just shoves his face with food however he doesn't know his own strength and has often accidentally killed staff members.
staff members are people who have jumped realms and entered the bath house so now they are unable to leave.
I'm not sure what the actual plot is but the idea is cool
When Lloyd was younger the closest memory he has with his farther was when a tornado flew over there home and his farther using his body to protect him held him close to his chest like a hug, but the next day Garmadon left and he was sent to the boarding school.
the Tornado was Morro after he died and became one with the wind.

Morro and Lloyd spend a lot of time together and build their brotherly relationship as Lloyd learns more about their family and all their secrets.
in the end the first spinjitzu master helps Lloyd take his farther home and helps Morro move on but Morro choses to stay with the wind and goes with his grandfather.

AU where friendless Severus starts getting anonymous letters confessing to him that they want to be his friend but don't want to face backlash/bullying so they want to write letters to him.
At first he doesn't respond but thinking it's Lily he does eventually respond, the person writing then admits there not Lily but at this point they are already friends so not so disappointed Severus and this anonymous author eventually start to develop a romantic relationship.

After Snape's worst memory, James and Sirius angry by there punishment, angry at Lily, sad Remus is being cold to them and Pissed at Snape decided to prank him by pretending to be Lily and Sending letters to Severus, eventually James starts to Catch feelings so tells Sirius that Severus stopped responding which works since Remus is talking to them again.
They end up sending letter to eachother for months and Severus is unknowingly dating his bully.
Eventually Severus wants to meet and invites James but wants he sees it's James he basically cusses him out because he (rightfully so) thinks it was all a prank. James furious and heartbroken (internal homophobia, he's been building the courage for months to confront Severus and his feelings) prints out there letters and puts them up all over hogwarts and in the end Snape kills himself and James is left to deal with the aftermath alone, guilty and loveless.
Potential alternative ending is James also killing himself

James would be really sweet to Severus in one letter and then in the next one say something like "I'd love you if you were a girl" or "you and I are good FRIENDS"

Ronin's Deal
Ronin x Morro
When Ronin was younger him and Morro were very much in love but the time period, and Morro training to be a Ninja, and Ronin being a thief, they chose to ignore their feelings.
The day Morro ran away he went to find Ronin and spent the week before his journey at an old make shift shak in the town of Stikks where Ronin took care of him because he was sad.
Morro left without saying good bye at that was the last time Ronin saw him alive.
Ronin Spent years looking for Morro and eventually when he was tired, alone, hurt, confused and still in Love and being a very dumb teen, he made a deal for his right arm to know if Morro was alive and after finding out he was dead made a deal for his soul that Morros would be spared and once his det was paid, Morro would be brought back something like that.
Ronin Request, combined with the fact Morro actually broke his fate by dying too early, his soul was sent to the Cursed realm.
Turing into an evil caricature of his old self

After season 5 Morro was reincarnated because Ronins det was technically paid off.
After years of suffering the consequences of his stupid teenage decisions Ronin started to resent Morro for leaving and dying but also guilty for his feelings but once he saw the real Morro again he fell back in love.
They both remember their old feelings for each other but are ignoring it because they are both so bad at feelings
The only other person who knows is Nya.
Ronan HATES Wu, that's why he took the Ninjas shears, and is always betraying the Ninja. If Wu has no haters there will be world peace and Ronan would be dead.
Severus is the child Tom/Voldemort and Dumbledore unknowingly co-parent.
He's with Dumbledore on school days and weekends and with Tom on holidays and special occasions.

I'll link it in case anyone is interested and it's on my profile but I think Severus being the headmaster instead of Dumbledore would be interesting for Harry's story
I'm not going to spell check this so good luck
First of I think Severus would be much kinder but more like a tough love kind to all his students.
He wouldn't withhold information just give it to him and the right time
Severus being the youngest headmaster and closer to Harry's parents age will make his death even sadder if Harry developed a similar relationship to his one to Dumbledores (just less dependent since Severus is helping)
Severus being young and fully on the light side he'd be more in the loop then Dumbledore e.g In prisoner of azkaban, and with umbridge since he would have gone to school with all of them and stuff like that
Severus is also working with a limited amount of information as he was basically told to just figure it out unless Dumbledore said otherwise
Harry gets to keep his horrible relationship with the Dursley and Severus gets to feel guilty for watching a kid experience similar suffering to him as a kid
Harry would be able to talk to him more freely
He wouldn't ignore Harry just distance himself

Snape in his 5th year in his divinations class with the gryffindors. They are doing a class on gazing into the future and for their exam have to perform it in front of the class. Severus Looks into his own future and sees himself dying miserable and somewhat alone even though this faceless boy is holding him.
So Severus looks into a different future and another and another ( he doesn't see the details like people's faces and small decisions just the outcome)
Now Severus after seeing many paths he could take he is left with the decision to take his place in the war or make his own new ending.
The only problem is everyone wants him on their side

He dies protecting kids in the battle of hogwarts, he knows it's coming and accepts it, does not show bias to harry and helps him learn through mistakes, doesn't hide things from him, Dumbledore gets assassinated by Bellatrix, he is still miserable because all his friends are dead, but he feels the need to protect their kids for them(they died fighting the war), he's deeply depressed but hides it well, he was married to Mulciber who was killed by death eaters when he tried to leave, believes in giving everyone a second chance, forgiven the Marauders (they are just civil) but not really Sirius

Doll: Severus kills himself in his 5th year by jumping off the astronomy tower, the war reaches its peak because everyone wants Severus's body because it generates a lot of magical energy so if spells and rituals are used near it they have a 100% guarantee, he's kept in a glass casket, the war reaches a stalemate since Severus was the tipping point for the winning side so no one is strong enough to defeat the other. They basically play tug of war with this casket, due to the amount of violence Wizarding world is exposed causing people to kill witches/Wizards or worship them like gods, they also worship Snape's body that remains frozen in time. The world literally falls apart like worst case scenarios just constantly fighting, war, religious psychosis, crime, and death death death.

He misses his magic and doesn't feel fulfilled
