When Rey finally turned her head to look at him, Ben leaned forward with a smirk etched on his full mouth. He said nothing as he flashed a neatly folded piece of paper between his index and middle finger before flicking it in her direction. He’d been trying to get her attention for weeks now, and perhaps she thought that his intentions were to humiliate her, but his note laid it all out in earnest. He found her fascinating. 

         The note that was sitting neatly between his fingers caused her brows to arch in curiosity. Quickly catching it frantically, her eyes flickered over the folded paper - before her eyes soon flickered to him with wide doe eyes. Quickly turning back around to focus on her work, she couldn’t help but allow her patience to run thin as she began to unfold the letter. Reading the contents, her cheeks flushed and a small smile rose to her lips - quickly discarding the paper into her pocket trying her best to keep her smile to herself.

Ben had spent more time staring at the back of Rey’s head than taking the time to study the notes laid out in front of him. He tried to get her attention with soft whispers, and though he knew she could hear him, she ignored every attempt. Tearing a page from notebook, he balled it up and tossed it at the back of her head when the teacher’s back was turned.

        Class was dragging along, her pen gliding across paper to copy notes from the board - trying her best to keep out the whispers from the male behind her. She wasn’t one to get distracted during class, nor give in to the distraction. It wasn’t until a paper ball hit the back of her head, she rolled her eyes and turned her head slightly. “What is it that you want? I’m trying to concentrate..” She whispered, eyes flickering back to the teacher to make sure she was in the clear.

“What I would like to know is how it has come to this. Me, begging you for anything.” He scoffed, lips set in a permanent sulk.  “You know I can take whatever I want?” 

                    “Then take whatever you want, my king. Although, I do find it quite entertaining to hear you begging for things.” A small smirk given to him, soon drying her hands along her apron as her body moved closer to his. “What is it that you want, sir?”
