Normalizing Love

Project statement: The goal of this project is to help normalize love in all of its forms, no matter size, shape, or color. The project is a series of cups, depicting various LGBTQ+ couples doing everyday normal couple things. The end goal for this project, is after these cups are made, the funds will go to an organization with the goal to fight for equality, and normalize love.

I don’t know that I ever showed this mug from the #normalizinglove project. Unfortunately, i managed to forget to put a liner glaze in it. 😓 illustration by @jollyinks

This past Sunday, 6/25/17, I did a talk at the Universal Unitarian Church in Victoria, Tx about the project Normalizing Love and the impact of art. 

FYI, there is no actual video, but there is audio.

@jollyinks and I were working on the Normalizing Love Mugs this evening! Here’s a sneak peak of them. They’ll be going into the kiln on Monday

Some more work in progress. So at this point, the mugs need to finish drying and then into the bisque they’ll go! After that, @jollyinks can work her skill!
