Oh shit. No. Shit. Thank you
Just gonna reblog this out of gratitude because I actually did forget…
Fffffffff let me get right on that.
and then reblog for the next forgetful son of a bitch
I’m so great full for everyone that is reblogging this. I totally forgot to take mine
I think that there is some sort of unspoken fairy godparent thing where you see this, realize that you forgot your meds, and rebagel it because if you forgot someone else must have. And in our turn we all take care of each other, even if we don’t know it.

What the expect & how to prepare
In 2016, there was major flaws with in-person voting in states like Arizona. This election is exactly the same, with states like Texas and California having people in line waiting past midnight LONG after polls were supposed to close. This is blatant voter suppression and is meant to discourage you from voting. If you don’t have mail-in ballot in your state MAKE SURE to prepare for the worst: wear comfortable clothes, bring water, bring snacks, and get ready for whatever fuckery they might try to pull so bring an extra ID.
If you work on the day of your primary or caucus HERE IS A WEBSITE that allows you to check your state’s laws on time-off voting. This will tell you info on the following:
How long your job is required to give you?
What exceptions there might be?
Whether or not it’s paid time off.
If you have to give advance notice.
Do you need to show your employer proof of voting?
How to volunteer
You can also phone bank, text bank, or canvas for Bernie. Even if you’re in a state that already voted you can still do all these things! You ARE allowed to canvas out of your home state. Check your area, there are events happening everywhere or you can host your own. ALSO!!! volunteer as a poll worker if you can
AND!! if you’re fluent in multiple languages you can really help to get the vote out in communities that often get overlooked by campaigns.
This is the current delegate count BTW:
And you can expect Bloomberg. Buttigieg, Klobuchar to pledge the few delegates they have to Biden, and who tf knows what Warren is doing at this point so GO OUT AND VOTE

@Christians, stop teaching your children that the symbols of other religions mean devil worship.
In fact, please actively address these beliefs in your children. Teach them the symbols of other religions, especially those involving stars. Teach them about those other religions and that they don’t need to hate and fear them. It is not enough to just say “Don’t hate people of other religions.” You have to be pro-active in addressing and countering the messages they’re picking up from society.
Otherwise it’s going to be real fucking awkward when your eleven-year-old asks their Jewish teacher why they worship Satan.
If Christians don't teach their kids about Jews... I think they didn't understand the old testament... and don't know Jesus enough.
Shut the fuck up and teach your kids not to hate Jews or appropriate our traditions and struggles.
I am on your side here. Christians should love Jews and Jewish culture. It's the base of our faith and God made you his people first.
Also, Jesus literally is a Jew and practices the laws and is the one most passionate about honouring the law. He never erased them, he just fulfilled them BUT that's not the topic here.
The topic is that some Christians don't realise how precious the Jewish culture and people are in our faith and it's a real shame that some teach their kids crap like you mentioned in the first post.
Fun fact! the concept of us being “god’s people first (but not anymore)”/supercessionism is fucking antisemitic!
also “how precious the Jewish culture and people are in our faith”?? your holy text blames the entire jewish people for all of time for jesus’s death and literally calls us satanic.
Jesus was jewish, sure, assuming he existed. but that’s something you guys care about. not us. stop bringing him up as the only reason you give a shit about us, like if he hadn’t been jewish antisemitism would be totally fine and dandy.
Look.
Stop trying to fit our religion, our culture, our peoplehood all nice and neat into yours. We aren’t your predecessors. We aren’t just not fulfilled yet. In our traditions, there is not nor has there ever been a father, a son, a holy spirit, original sin, heaven, hell, or any reason at all to actively convert others. Our theology is incredibly different from yours, in large part because your people have deliberately distanced yourselves from ours for millennia. And you can’t make up for that now with philosemitism.
If the only reason you care about us is Jesus, I’d rather you didn’t care.
Hi @miss-soulspeaker,
What you're saying seems like it might be part of what we call philosemitism, which is as real as antisemitism, and sometimes, very problematic.
There are lots of reasons to love the Jewish people. We have thousands of years of culture, art, music, dancing, poetry, philosophy, heros, prophets, and teachers. We are, unapologetically, very cool.
However, sometimes people say they love the Jewish people, and their reasons feel uncomfortable or offensive to us. If your love of the Jewish people or religion is based in the fact that Jesus was a Jew, trying to get in touch with the "roots" of your faith, fulfilling prophesies by bringing Jews to the land of Israel, claiming to be part of the same special relationship Israel has with God, or worst of all, a desire to convert Jews to Christianity, you're very likely engaging in problematic philosemitism.
Think about those sexual assault posters that have been circulating this decade. "You shouldn't violate a woman because she's someone's daughter, wife, girlfriend, mother, sister." The intention is good: don't violate women. The message is harmful, and based in misguided thinking. We should want to protect women because they are people, human beings, not because they have a relationship to a man. That kind of thinking, at best, erases a women's independent worth, and at worst, implies she is property.
Similarly, if your only appreciation for Jewish people and culture is through a Christian lens, you are erasing Jewish voices from the conversation by talking over us (because we don't agree with your religion, so we don't feel a connection to it), and it feels like you're saying that our truth, culture, teachings, etc are only important because they relate to (read: are subservient to) yours.
If you are interested in dismantling that kind of problematic approach to Judaism and Jews, I reccomend reading Jewish translations and commentary of the Bible (which you will find, differ greatly from how Christians interpret our scriptures), taking an intro to Judaism class, studying some Jewish theology, or exploring Jewish art, music, and contemporary writing. Basically, by learning directly from Jewish voices, instead of filtering us through a religion that has been very harmful to us.
I only reblog this long post because I don't want to mask the criticism here.
I understand that Jews literally hate Jesus, I totally get that. That doesn't mean it's less real but opinions differ and I respect that. I never claimed that Jews opinions on the Elohim is lessen or wrong.
I don't know what you know about Christian faith but at the moment I study the old testament which is literally the tanakh. I KNOW you guys have multiple other sources but that's just were our faiths differs.
This post is about assholes spreading Antisemitism even though they are Christians and I have the feeling it kinda boomed into something I can't pin point anymore.
Seriously, you do you, I don't care if you hate me for the Messiah I believe in or not but these things you tell me here just make me feel that you try to take away my hope and love for the Jewish God who literally saved my life and who I have deep loving feelings for.
These accusations may be totally in your right but it fu***ng hurts as well. Maybe read the new testament with open eyes before judging me? Maybe, JUST MAYBE think that God would be able to love his whole creation as well besides the Jews? Not lessen or more just equally? You are not lessen than me and never were, I understand that the history of humanity has done real shit towards you but you have God by your side, he loves you. I would die for him, as long as I knew he would waiting for me after I would be murdered or die by old age.
I get your hate but can we please stay on topic? If you wanna hate one me, please make a new post so I get the subject change?
Don't accuse me of hate. I went out of my way to use a respectful tone. If what I said feels uncomfortable, maybe its because it rings true in your heart. No one likes to be wrong, but it's okay to grow and move on past mistakes. You are reacting, but you don't seem to be listening.
I wasn't hating on you, I was responding to your problematic viewpoints that you shared on a Jewish post about Christians being problematic. That is literally the topic. You made it the topic when you joined this conversation with that viewpoint.
One last thing - the Old Testament and the Tanakh share the same sources, but they are not the same thing. They are structured differently, ordered differently, translated, commented on, and weighted differently. Studying a Christian Old Testament in a Christian context is absolutely not equivalent to studying the Tanakh in a Jewish context.
And as for what I know about Christianity, I'm willing to bet it's more than you expect. I graduated from a Christian high school after defending a 25 page theological thesis to a board of PHDs in Christian theology. I know what I'm talking about, because I've seen it from the inside. You DON'T know what you're talking about with Judaism. This is readily evident, because a single glance at your post history shows many verses from the Tanakh being interpreted in a way that is not consistent with Judaism, and because of your attitude interacting with me and other Jews here on the site.
After checking out your blog, I'm frankly not surprised. You have harmful and one dimensional views on gay people, trans people, non Christians (including Jews and Pagans), and share content from harmful Messianic missionary organizations with admiration. You even have a post shaming fat people? Because of Jesus? What is that even. Had I seen all this before responding, you probably wouldn't have received the courtesy and relaxed tone I was using.
If this message comes across as hurtful, consider using that discomfort in a positive way. Challenge yourself, and actually listen to other people when they tell you you're being hurtful. This defensiveness is not the way to growth, it is the way to segregation, resentment, and hubris.
Reblogging for some of these new terms I’ve never encountered before.
Also, how the heck they got any shred of “hate” from that remarkably measured and detailed response is beyond me. Shows more about them than they intended I think.

Anti vaxxers are the exact same as anti seatbelters and thats the fuckin tea folks
Think about it….y'all see how anti-seatbelters are like “oh seatbelts cause bruises in wrecks” its the exact same as “vaccines cause temporary pain and illness” like yeah they both sure do that but its cause theyre both preventing you from being literally dead
in order to lead a happy life im gonna have to disappoint my parents a bit
not to be dramatic but this post genuinely made me consider my priorities in life and the choices i need to make for my own wellbeing
Cox Communications is trying to implement internet “fast lanes”
Please if you see this, share it and warn people who may live in areas effected, I’m not seeing anyone else talk about this and it’s a sign of truly awful things to come.
As many people online know Net Neutrality in the USA died last year, and before that many people warned that when it did ISP’s around the country would start to create “fast lanes” that they could bill more for. So if you want the best speeds for youtube/netflix you pay $4/mo more, or if you want to stream on twitch you pay $5/mo more. Well Cox just announced the “Elite Gamer Service”, which they say will give you “priority access to data”. It DOES NOT increase your speed, all it’s doing is removing an artificially created bottleneck that COX THEMSELVES PUT IN for the low, low cost of $15/mo with a contract of 2 goddamn years.
You’re reading that right, you sign the form, you pay the fee, you install their little program and suddenly your online games can be up to 35% faster; and I am begging you with all of my heart if you are on Cox do not pay for this. They are pushing this now and doing it under the radar because they’re hoping they can get enough suckers on board who will sign up that they can convince their executives that creating more “fast lanes” will be good for them.
They will implement more of these if they’re successful, they will start throttling youtube, netflix, hulu, etc even more than they already are, and as of right now the only thing people like myself who are stuck in Cox controlled areas can do is protest by not paying for it.
Again, please share this, I know I will be with all of my representatives and any news media that’ll listen. This is what we warned would happen with the death of net neutrality, and if we don’t get a grip on this now it’ll only get worse from here. I’m going to be telling anyone in a position of political power that I will turn myself into a single issue voter for them as long as they will state on the record and unequivocally that they will fight to reinstate net neutrality.

As I’m always a skeptic and had never heard of this, I had to look up more information. Very true, and here are excellent sources if you want to learn more - 1 and 2
Most flowers, houseplants and succulents at home depot have been treated with neonicotinoids, and this is true of most major big box stores like it. To avoid these pollinator unfriendly pesticides, consider supporting small greenhouses that don’t use them. Many smaller specialty plant shops eschew their use and thanks to the internet many of them also sell online.
the phrase “toxic masculinity” has only helped rot liberals’ brains more because now they say stuff like “it’s masculinity and not men that hurt women” which inevitably leads to “butch women are problematic for being masculine”
Well the problem there is that most dont really understand that toxic masculinity is not everything masculine about men, but everything toxic that men do.
Toxic masculinity is just how we say that men tend to teach these behaviors to other men, perpetuating these issues with the patriarchy. If someone is toxic, they are to blame for their individual behavior, and if society excuses them for their shitty behavior, that just goes to slow how deep the problem goes.
Liberals traditionally don't follow through with the core concepts, do not apply it to themselves, and then allow their misunderstanding to be weaponized against minorities.
If a butch woman or trans man is "toxic" they aren't supported by a huge population of individuals who quietly act the same the way men are.
Masculinity is just "what men do". Toxic masculinity is "what men do that is harmful."
i think the most interesting part of the whole “the new addams family is bad cuz they are ugly” thing thats happening, while probably just a vocal minority (because at this point ive seen more people calling them out for being wrong than not) is like, a perfect example of how much goth has turned from an accessible counter culture of celebrating death and the macabre and the ugliness of life and a reject of traditional standards of beauty and fashion and music etc etc to a beauty pageant that celebrates the same standards of beauty, white supremacy, fatphobia, and wealth that “normie” instagram influencers and flexers have but like, halloween version, and how people expect one of the most iconic pieces of goth media about being shameless of your “Weird Quirks” and “Ugly Looks” has turned into “why arent they sexy -_-“ which is like, the whole opposite of the point
& also on another note being fat and short is not ugly you are all just cowards
