we definitely have trauma. the system definitely started because of trauma. I am without a doubt traumagenic. BUT am I possibly multiorigin? I know that at least one alter (and I think he may have been the first to split) came about because he was an imaginary friend that I would talk to and I would imagine he would protect me. eventually he became an alter.

maybe he was an alter the whole time, maybe that was the process of him forming. but is that also willing an alter? willogenic? I don't know :/

Stay out of the syscourse tag if you’re not interested in debates or discourse. It’s a debate/discussion tag. It also gets annoying to see people just complaining in the tag with no intention of having a discussion or debate. I actually want to have conversations and listen in on them when I’m not participating, not to see more and more whining about endogens. You have plenty of other spaces for that.

And if you choose to stay in the tag, don’t act shocked that people you disagree with or hate try to talk to you. You’re misusing tags at this point, and I cease to feel bad for you. Especially if you are being an asshole. People will meet you where you are at.

Many of you have forgotten kindergarten. I don’t blame you, I have too. Here’s a refresher course — no shame or judgement if you forgot any of these. All of us could use some reminders from time to time.

Share with others. It’s important to learn to let other people take turns and try things. It can even lead to making new friends. Be open to other people trying things out!

Be open to other people’s feelings. You may not understand why your words hurt them, but they’re still hurt, and it’s good to acknowledge that we shouldn’t hurt others — even when we didn’t mean to.

Don’t trust strangers without thinking first. Think about what they say and why. Are they trying to make you think or do something you don’t agree with? Figure out your own thoughts.

Change is natural. You may find yourself changing in ways you don’t expect or understand. That’s okay! Think about the changes and if you like them or not. Our opinions, feelings, and thoughts are ours, and that’s beautiful — it’s okay if they change with us, too.

Kindness isn’t easy, but it is important. Sometimes people make us mad. It’s okay to be mad! But it’s not okay to let our anger make us mean people. We need to remember that we are in control of our actions, even when we can’t control our emotions.

And of course, T.H.I.N.K. before you speak!
