"Al!" Ed rushed over to his brother, grabbing his large metal arm. "Woah!" Al jumped in surprise, looking down at his older sibling. "W-whats wrong? Jeez you scared me…" He spoke irritably. "we have to get out of here." Ed began pulling the other alchemist frantically.

Envy frowned hiding from others “were going back to resembol al” he told him seriously

Al stood still, he would be frowning if he had an actual face. He wasn’t understanding the situation.

"Please just trust me" Ed begged him, and after a few seconds the armored boy nodded, allowing his brother to lead him out

Honey optics would light up as the young man heard these words escape the lips of the other blonde, a small smile gracing his own features. "I'm really glad to see you too Winry... You know, I had thought you just forgot about us." The youth chuckled nervously, twiddling his thumbs.

Daring to look at the beauty once more, he smiled slightly at her small stutter. Cute... "O-Okay...." He nodded, gingerly setting himself down in a chair at the kitchen table.

He looked down as the elder sit right there on the ground. He thought the boy was well enough to walk until they reached the houses, but he was wrong. Hamish sighed and all he could find in his pockets were a small lightning. He left the rest of his work material back at the house they were before. He sighed. “… Guess we will have to improvise.”

The teen took a small flask of alcohol he had inside his coat, the one he used to clean his hands before work. He made sure to sterilize his hands and the crouched in front of the boy to do the same to his wound, knowing it would burn, but he had no time to make Edward confortable. He did the same to the blond’s automail hand and the blade attached to it. ” Ed, listen to me. I am going to need you to do something hurtful and sort of crazy, but it will save your life. Press your wound, I will be back in a minute.” The scientist stood and soon ran back, close to the house on fire. He looked around and saw a tree branch on fire near the house and took it carefully not to burn himself with it and took it back to where Edward was. “Put your blade in the fire until it gets red and place it over your wound. It will hurt, I am sorry, it will, but it will also close the wound and stop you from bleeding out.”

Edward watched his companion in a daze, his vision slowly beginning to blur. "Fuck..." He muttered, holding a hand to his forehead as it began to pound. Looking back up as his friend shuffled through his pockets, he scowled when he saw the flask of alcohol, knowing exactly what the detective meant to do with it. He clenched his fist just as the fluid was poured over his oozing wound, baring his teeth as he grunted in pain. It burned, oh god did it burn lie hell, but Edward was used to situations like this.

Golden orbs widened in shock as the curly haired male went to retrieve a damn burning branch towards him. "What the hell are you doing?!" The alchemist croaked, struggling to inch away. Initially his honey optics were wide with fear, but as his partner explained his plan, he relaxed and smirked smugly. "Hey, I ain't no stranger to pain buddy. Gimme the branch." He grunted, immersing the blade in the flames. Then he quickly, before he had any time to think it over, slammed the wide end of the hot metal onto his wound. The young blond screamed in pain, his eyes clenching shut in agony as his skin was seared, smoke swirling up from the area, the putrid smell of singing flesh filling the air.
