Ultimately this post wasn't really supposed to go anywhere, it was just a general complaint, but Tumblr really does have piss poor reading comprehension so let's pause for a moment and think.
Do you think I was saying "because it's made for teenage boys it's exempt from criticism of any misogyny?" Or do you think I was saying "judging an entire storytelling medium from another country based solely on media made for teenage boys is incredibly shallow?" Let's pause and think. Let's put our heads together on this one. I know that's hard when you only consume shounen jump but there's a reason I am telling you to put it down.
