Not trying to victim blame or anything but you’d think with all the times necromancers have tried/succeeded in raising undead armies the people of Tamriel would’ve stopped burying their dead fully armed and equipped for battle.
Like, I know your great grandpa’s sword was A Part Of Him and all but maybe you could bury SuperDeathblade somewhere not right next to SuperDeathbladeMan. Just in case.
aquarium gang make the best choices
kind of a milf. reblog
hello?
i can’t stop thinking about this image
"the average american throws away 81 pounds of clothes a year" WHO and WHERE are these people bc i dont think i know anybody that unhinged oh my god
factoid actually just statistical error. Becky Influencer who throws away over 10,000 lbs of clothes each day is an outlier adn should not have been counted
‘Life is very full of sex, or should be. As much as I admire Tolkien — and I do, he was a giant of fantasy and a giant of literature, and I think he wrote a great book that will be read for many years — you do have to wonder where all those Hobbits came from, since you can’t imagine Hobbits having sex, can you? Well, sex is an important part of who we are. It drives us, it motivates us, it makes us do sometimes very noble things and it makes us do sometimes incredibly stupid things. Leave it out, and you’ve got an incomplete world.’ George R R Martin (source)
no disrespect to george rr martin but this quote cracks me up bcos every time i see if I’m just like, no george… you can’t imagine hobbits having sex. ;P
FOUND IT & I say again: I can imagine hobbits having sex just fine.
Georgey boy here forgetting Sam’s 13 kids.
he didn’t forget about them. he just doesn’t understand where they came from.
That’s even funnier, then.
george rr martin, looking at the gamgee family tree and crying: wh-where… where did they all come from…….
this man is apparently under the impression that we need sex scenes to understand that sex exists in any given story universe and honestly that explains so much about his writing
It really does
HOBBITS FUCK GOOD AND THEY FUCK OFTEN
“When we are going to have sex?”
“…We’ve already had it.”
“We’ve had it once, yes. What about second sex?”
Does he realize The Hobbit is a children’s book?
“I mean it’s very whimsical and fun but where are all the sex scenes”
“Sir please leave this bookshop…”
lack of object permanence but with sex
Wasn’t gonna reblog but the last comment killed me
Aquarium Plans
Going to plan for this at the moment, although that may change as things go. I'm going to go for planted again with a sand substrate, so I need to get a plant light, and hopefully I can avoid snail infestation this time around by NOT getting any Petsmart plants just because they're cheaper and more accessible.
Originally, I was going to do a 20 long tank, but I decided to go for a 29 gallon as my new beginner.
At 20, I don't think I'd be able to have enough tetra and corys to keep them comfortable. They say at least 10-15 ember tetra and at least 8 pygmy corys to keep 'em happy, and I want my little buddies happy.

I always plan to add the betta in last, because I'm so paranoid about aggression and the betta feeling territorial upon new arrivals. This time, I think I will actually wait so I can avoid isolating it every time new additions come in.
Obviously, I'd love a pretty betta, but honestly, I care more about how they react to other fish. If I see a betta constantly flaring at the bettas tanked next to them, no thank you. Not taking any chances. The one I got last time actually seemed scared of the other bettas, which made me feel comfortable about putting it into a community tank.
I'm a LONG way from adding fish, though. Doing a fishless cycle, and I don't even have my tank yet!
The aquarium stand I got can fit two tanks on it, so I'll probably use the bottom shelf for a 10 g quarantine tank.
Imagine being in your 80s and looking this good 😭 they so badass
angriest fish in the world
edited to add: this fish lives in a 120 gallon tank and is extremely well taken care of
Calcifer was being very feisty today with the camera lens

September 12th vs October 11th… definitely did NOT expect her to get so blue and yet here we are ! 😶
Hand-sculpted polymer clay luna moth betta figure.
My bristlenose catfish is 11 years old and I saw something that said they only live to 5 so I looked it up and most places say that 5 is the average, but there are cases of them living to 12. Now I’ve made myself sad because like I said he’s 11, and it’s been me and my catfish against the world and now I’ve realised that he’s apparently prince phillip old in fish years :(
