When you didnāt study for the right test. OMG HIS FACE
Hussein Bazaza f/w 2017-2018 rtw
Toddlers are so pure. She doesnāt understand that we help her with certain things because sheās little. She thinks that everyone just helps each other like that. So she tries to blow on my food and cut it up for me and tries to help me put on my shoes.
i was giving little wagon rides to a baby around the backyard one day and all of a sudden she hops off and slaps the seat of the wagon telling me to get on because it was my turn and i was like no itās ok im too heavy and she was like NO ITS UR TURN and kept tugging on my hand so i would sit down. eventually i got on and it was just a little 2 year old trying so hard to push me around on a wagon not understanding why it wouldnāt budge but still so determined to let me have my turn lol
I work at a daycare with 2-year-olds and really frequently when I pass by one of my kids I just give their hair a little pat or ruffle, both as a way of letting them know Iām coming through so they donāt move suddenly and trip me, and just as a way of checking in, saying hey, taking their temp, etc. Well today we were playing inside and I was sitting on the carpet because we were playing ring around the rosie and I was tired, and one of my baby boys came up to me and gave my hair a rub and pat. And like it took me a second to realize what he was doing but, yeah. He was saying āhi.ā He was saying āI love youā
When the toddlers ol clean up, we give them ice cubes to suck on and we congratulate them on their hard work. One time when I was helping a boy pick up a huge block and he told meĀ āyou need TWO ice cubesā.Ā
REASONS TO SEE SPY THIS SUMMER
Ā >> (other than the continually fabulous melissa mccarthy).
honestly I never make posts plugging films or tv shows because iām just too lazy or donāt care enough, but i came back from watching this last night and havent stopped thinking about how fantastic it was.
ok so for those of you that donāt know, spy is essentially a movie about melissa mccarthyās character susan cooper, whose a mild-mannered analyst for the CIA that ends up taking a field job that takes unexpected twists and turns. aside from being hysterically AND CONSISTENTLY funny (which so many comedy films lack, with the best parts already shown in the trailer!! not the case here!!) here are a couple reasons to spend $11 on seeing spy instead of anything else in theatres right now
aside from maybe jurassic world. still go see that.
the action is legitimate. the same kind of stunts that you see chiseled men doing in moves like james bond or mission impossible flicks, are in here
if youre scared of it becoming tooĀ gun-and-lead-blazing action-y, donāt be. some of the best moments are imbued with moments of comedy that come from dismantling tropes or stereotypical spy scenes with real life (think the scene in the trailer were jude law sneezes and accidentally pulls his trigger)
nor do you have to worry about it getting too campy. like i mentioned above, most moments of comedy stem from ruining too-perfect moments youāve seen in other action movies with mistakes or missteps youāll recognize from your own life
the ladies get a higher percentage of the badassery than the men!! VALAR MORGHULIS ALL MEN MUST DIE BUT WE ARE NOT MEN
MOST OF THE HIGHEST POSITIONS OF POWER/STATUS/SKILL ARE ALL OCCUPIED BY WOMEN.Ā
mccarthyās character is not fatshamed once. not once. nor do they make a joke of her weight - she doesnāt wheeze after running 50 meters or get rude nicknames. the only time she is intentionally made out to beĀ ādumpyā is when she is undercover, in obviously ridiculous and unflattering clothes
I REPEAT, MCCARTHYāS CHARACTER DOES NOT HAVE TO RELY ON THE MAGIC MAKEOVER SEQUENCE TO BE SEEN AS DESIRABLE IN THE SCOPE OF THE FILM. SHE IS SIMPLY ACKNOWLEDGED AS THE GODDAMN ATTRACTIVE WOMAN SHE IS. (if anything, her outfit progression throughout the film matches the growing boldness of her personality/confidence)
on that note, thereās also age diversity! one of the major supporting characters, susanās best friend nancy, is played by 42-year-old miranda hart. the director of the CIA is allison janney, who is 55. even the filmās sexpot-mafia-heiress raina is played by a 35 year old actress (rose byrne). itās not much, but itās a start!!
tbh any movie that uses the phraseĀ ālimp-dick unicornā has my whole heart so
susan is in love with her uber-handsome, hella-smooth field agent partner bradley fine (NOT A SPOILER DONT WORRY) played by jude law. who, ya, looks p good. anyway. when she finally vocalizes her love for him, she is not made out to be pathetic, hapless, or hopeless, even though another character is trying to make her appear as all these things at the time
DIMENSIONAL FEMALE LEADS PEOPLE!! PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY SKILLED FEMALE CHARACTERS!!!
also honestly guys its just funny as fuck
SO YEAH. THERE WE GO. a bunch of reasons for you to slink away from this disgusting summer heat to see spy and laugh off like 3 popsicles worth of calories at your local theater.
disclaimer, though. iāve only seen the movie once now, so i could be missing some problematic or offensive themes or bits within the film. the movie is not perfect, and has very serious and disappointing drawbacks. it lacks racial diversity and uses ableist languageĀ at least once.
Ā if anyone has a problem with any of the points im more than happy to remove or edit them!! just let me know!!
HAPPY SUMMER!
I had big plans for them in the fourth season, where they were going to essentially reform Verger slaughterhouses and make them all humane and decrease the processing of meat, I had a whole vegan agenda with what the ladies were going to be up to, and Iām shaking my fist at the cancellation gods at not being able to pull that off. To have the power lesbians accomplishing great things, and undoing all of the horrors of the Verger family and name, and being able to have a larger discussion about meat in America and how we process it, how we consume it, what it is, how it is treated before it becomes meat.

Rei Kawakubo (Comme des Garçons | c. 1983 ⢠⢠⢠A piece of Rei Kawakubo which drew attention of the Western to the Japanese Fashion. The seemingly complex form of the sweater was created essentially from one straight panel, and has a dynamic voluminous look. The large sleeves spreading to the left and right resemble kimono sleeves. The skirt sags asymmetrically in response to the irregular shapes created by the loosely hanging sweater. At the beginning of the 1980s, Kawakubo received a mixed response in Paris to designs that challenged existing aesthetic values in the Western countries due to their achromaticity, loose fit, asymmetry and deliberately-created holes and tears. Nevertheless, she has maintained a consistent attitude of defying stereotypes in dress designing ever since. I didnāt think Justice could be done in days like these. I thought Truth was always crushed beneath the hobnailed boots of The Corporate Man. But, tonight? After this? My life begins anew.
But women discrimination is a myth right??
Imagine how many peopleās lives they ruined. There were probably so many women that went in there knowing they destroyed that test. Yet, when they got their results backā¦they had to be so confused and disappointed. Mentally and emotionally, that had to be quite the blow. Anyway, this is evil.
Gay-lesbian solidarity would have been someone telling michaelangelo what titties looked like
Okay but consider:
The Catholic Church DESPARATELY trying to explain to him what titties are without it sounding like they knew what a naked woman looked like

why was the catsuit banned???????
Because the President of the French Open didnāt like it. He saidĀ āIt will no longer be accepted. One must respect the game and the place.āĀ
The rule did not exist prior to this, they just made it up when they saw Serena wearing one.Ā
