I think it’s so funny to think of the guys’ house in MyStreet as a bachelor pad with minimal furniture, the absolute bare necessities, and maybe a funky suspicious smell but I know that would never happen because of Laurance
I just don’t think he’d be able to stand a stereotypical “guy” house. he’d make it smell good and deep clean AT LEAST once a month—maybe quarter annually with the turn of each season if we’re thinking he’s not that clean. he doesn’t touch the others’ rooms but he’ll leave heavy hints that they should clean it (like straight up walking in, standing for a moment, making a judgmental face and then leaving). not to mention he’s a COOK. I headcanon he went to culinary school so he was taught to keep a clean and sanitary station and I just KNOW that man would not be able to stand a sink full of dishes or a funky smell because smell = expired food = rats and roaches and bugs and he can’t have that
do you ever think about laurance making those fuckass eclairs on that baking show just because garroth had been liking them recently. do you ever think about how he made extra just so he could take them home and how he tried to play it off. do you ever think about that. because it physically takes the air out of my lungs and makes me want to explode
laurance doesnt have a fringe in the LLP section, it appears to be an issue w/ rendering.. that is his flesh. he has flesh hair. same rendering error can be seen with travis...............Flesh hair
every three episodes laurance has to drop several paragraphs dedicated to psychoanalyzing garroth and I think that's beautiful. I think that's true love right there. he spends a truly impressive amount of time pondering what the hell is Wrong with that guy, and i understand. so do I man.
I admit MyStreet seasons 4-6 don’t exist in my rewrite, in fact I think it would be fun to make up my own 4-6 seasons and make them HAPPY. Why have a tragic vacation when we can have one where characters like Laurance, Dante, The SKs, Zoey, Kiki, etc. can come along and be happy too <3

Anyone ever think about the pain Laurance went thru after Ungrth ‘died’. Like he knows Ungrth should revive I think after like 100 years…? If I’m remembering it right? I feel like we didn’t see much of how that actually affected him other than the visiting Ungrths grave, and the reaction when finding out Ungrths grave was robbed. I need to sit and rewatch the episodes at some point but I feel like I remember it being mentioned that they were pretty close.
I was also thinking on the whole Shadow Knights becoming immortal thing, and like how they achieve that.
I think it would be interesting to see a AU if Laurance like, actually considered becoming a full shadow knight. And like taking the steps to get to be one (like killing Aph). All to become immortal, JUST to see Ungrth again. Like, if their bond was so strong that he would actually consider taking the steps to actually see Ungurth again, the Wyvern who SAVED him from the Nether, would he do it?
There’s probably some facts I got wrong or stuff I could add to this idea, but there’s so many MCD episodes I have such a hard time trying to watch them all LMAO
Either way this was fun to think abt and honestly sounds like an interesting fanfic idea…hmm
Today I give you my Laurance Headcannons because I love him and he’s my favorite
(MyStreet HCs Specifically)
- Laurance has glasses and contacts! Specifically he’s near sighted, so when things are close up he can see them clearly. If they’re far back though it’s blurry and he does need his glasses/contacts. He wears contacts most of time, but if he’s just staying in the house or going to the store quickly he’ll wear his glasses. (Cough; me too)
- Mentioned in my previous post, but he does have a fashion sense! In fact he can dress up super well. He just doesn’t most of the time unless otherwise motivated to! (Fancy event, hanging out with friends for the day, or just wakes up with a sudden motivation to dress well) (also me)
- He wears a necklace with a tiny Irene relic symbol on it! In fact he has one for each of the divine warriors, but he wears the Irene one the most. (Garroths steals the Esmund one a lot though so he rarely wears that one)
- He likes collecting cool sunglasses, he has heart ones, fire looking ones, festive ones that he doesn’t really wear but has em anyways. (I’m giving him my own interest at this point)
- He’s actually pretty good at doing hair! Cadenza would have him help braid or do some sort of hair style with her hair growing up, and slowly he would do the same thing to himself since his hair is decently long and would be inspired to do so. This is very convenient for Aph if Katelyn, Zane, or Nana wasn’t around.
- He has a lot of jewelry. Earrings, necklaces, braclets, etc. And he’ll pair them with the outfits he makes. Some of its like silly jewelry, like cupcakes or cats and mostly those are gifts from Garroth, Aphmau, and Nana. He wears them despite not knowing how to style it completely because he likes how happy it makes his friends (and he likes em too).
- His bedroom has a little corner full of Caleb’s toys and outfits because Caleb doesn’t have an exact room in his shared house with Garroth and Zane, so Laurance redid his room to make room for Caleb when he visits. A lot of the time Laurance will just sleep in the living room if Caleb’s staying the night, and let Caleb use his bed.
- Lactose Intolerant but eats dairy anyways. As lots of us Lactose Intolerants do.
- MS Garrance needs its own Headcannons but Laurance does take a lot of Garroths jackets/flannels. Mainly cause it’s funny to hear Gar shout “WHERES MY JACKET?” while knowing the whole time he’s wearing it. He also gets cold easily and he just thinks Gar manages to find warmer clothes than him.
- Foods a love language for him. He cooks a lot and spends a lot of time on it, and will even make people’s favorites for their birthdays or special events. Yes even Zane, he gets irritated by him but he doesn’t leave him out. (He can’t bake very well though, he relies on Nana for that)

I agree I think his fits were AWFUL, the only one I like a decent amount was his Aph TV fit. But that’s why I hc him with good fashion sense. HOWEVER- only when he feels like he needs to
And I say this because I DO IT. I will dress in whatever is comfortable, whether it looks good or not. My go to is sweatpants and a sweatshirt with these shoes I’ve had for years cuz they’re comfty.
But when I feel like I need to dress up or I just have the sudden motivation too I WILL and I think I look great ✨
Thus I Headcannon him the same way, comfortable unless otherwise motivated to dress nicer :) like he has a hidden talent, he has the ability to dress nice but he just won’t lmao
(Also personally I think everyone’s outfits in MS weren’t great- I’ve re-designed a lot of their outfits and I need to know I’m not the only one. Pls. Who else thinks the whole MS cast needs an outfit upgrade)
i read a post on here talking about how, logically, if aaron hadn’t been shoved into the storyline shad’s descendant would have been laurance and the implications of this are actually so catastrophic for me
the idea that laurance was supposed to take up the roles that aaron played in the storyline implies that not only would we have gotten laurmau endgame but we would’ve seen the rise of the laurmau cinematic universe wherein they are endgame in every series and every lifetime
the introduction of aaron as a character pulled them apart. they were thrown off course. they were meant to be together in every universe and now they will never be anything anywhere ever again
