Pedometer count - 1153 (I’ve been working from home, ate lunch at my computer, and then it was dark, rainy and miserable making me have no desire to go outside.

Update
I’ve skipped a few days because I was away with work. I did plenty of walking, even getting over 15000 steps one day, because I was walking to the office where we were meeting and then out to get food, and standing a lot in the meetings. Didn’t do so well on the food front.
On the first night, I arrived about 8pm and the only place nearby for food was a pizza place that sold basically nothing green. Not exactly a healthy eating meal. The second day, I had some bits of garnish on sandwiches for lunch but probably not enough to count as a single vegetable portion, some orange juice, and some peas with dinner. Probably count that as two portions. Yesterday, I got some peas carrots and some juice again, but nowhere near the five a day.
Trying to eat healthily while travelling is a nightmare.

Exercise - Today has been miserable weather, so I only had a very brief walk outside, but I’ve been cleaning my flat still, which feels like a workout.

Exercise - a little bit of a walk. Lots of cleaning/clearing up the house which certainly felt like a workout. 3 sets of 10 wall press ups.

It’s been a tough week. Next week isn’t looking to be much easier. I’m travelling a bit with work which is always a challenge. On the plus side, my “ludicrous quantities of tape” fix on my pedometer is holding up surprisingly well.

Exercise - not much but at least the “ridiculous quantities of tape” repair method held my pedometer strap together so I know how many steps I did in my usual walking.

I’ve done four days in a row of having to travel into London so I’m now feeling pretty exhausted. It’s tough on both diet and exercise targets.
I have attempted a temporary fix of my pedometer strap with tape, since the electronics are all still working fine. The tape doesn’t seem as sticky as I would have hoped, so I’m not confident about it lasting more than five minutes, but we’ll see. The strap is built into the device so it doesn’t look like there’s an easy way to replace it.
Yesterday, my pedometer fell off by the time I got to the bus stop to go into work. Today, I am attempting another fix. It’s the same as the first fix but now with even more tape.

Not sure how many steps I got today because of my pedometer being broken but I didn’t manage any exercise other than the usually walking.

Today has not been a good day. I think I walked a decent amount but I can’t put a pedometer count because the strap broke on my pedometer. The only fruit I’ve had today is some juice.
I’m not going to let it get to me. Tomorrow is a clean slate.
