Thank goodness for the Libby app.  This bookworm is on a budget, and I’ve been able to read so many ebooks from my local library.  Do I prefer a physical book?  Absolutely, but until I can easily and safely get to my local library, ebooks it is!  What books are you reading during these covid times?

i’m begging rick and disney to keep grover a poc and to accurately portray him as the sensitive, emotional, and humble satyr he is. who’s so afraid of failing again. who cries when he’s upset. who’s dream is to be the one to find Pan. not some smooth and confident ladies man who’s main purpose is to be the comedic relief as the token black friend of the main character as we saw in the movies. show us a poc that can be timid and emotional, not just an overdone stereotype. grover’s characterization was the most insulting and ignorant imo and i will not stand for it

So, I have recently fallen in love with The Lunar Chronicles. Strong female leads, boys that fall in love with them, fairy tales, space, political intrigue???? sign me up???? why didn’t anyone tell me about these books before like wtf if you haven’t read them and like any of those things go get the books right now you will not be sorry

I really wanted to capture the individual memorable quotes/arcs of these girls, because they are so unique and beautiful. This book has inspired me to draw a lot again so I’m very thankful for that!
