Hello, have a salt goblin sketch!
âWeâre a house. Weâre a home.â
Welcome Andhera, knight of the Court of Craft.
Somehow, in 2022, Tumblr University finally exists, but the only offering is a semester long English course about Dracula and everyone is enrolled
as a wise man (viago von dorna schmarten scheden heimburg) once said: YAS QUEEN
Something that's very important to me about Frenchie is how he doesn't actually turn to violence to solve his problems. Sure, he enjoys things blowing up and being on fire, don't we all, but he really takes on Stede's non-violent way of calming a situation down in a way that a lot of the other crew members don't.
When Jim's about to stab him he doesn't reach for a weapon, instead holding up his hands to show they're empty and talking Jim down calmly. When Ed comes out of the fancy party, he knows at once that something's wrong and tries to comfort him and then joins Stede in telling him to stand down and let them handle it for him.
I just. I love Frenchie.
Ofmd really opened my eyes to the power of normalization. Jim doesnât have some huge, multi-episode arc where they fight for their identity. Theyâre just themself, and everyoneâs quick to accept it. Stede and Ed donât need a big conversation about their sexualities, they just love each other and thatâs that. Thereâs no pride parade, no dramatic discussions, no big coming out story. Everythingâs so accepted.
Youâll never hear a piece of straight media use the word âstraight.â Thereâs something special about queer media doing the same. We donât need to hear them say gay or non-binary to understand love or gender. To me, that makes an even bigger impact than traditional media striving for label-heavy queer representation where the only story line is fighting homophobia or coming out.
i dont "make up" lgbt headcanons for fictional characters i see a character and the headcanon comes to me like the word of god to a 17th century monarch
respectfully, shows about queer middle-aged characters who do wild nonsensical shit>>>>shows about high schoolers that focus on the exploration of sexuality
these two memes have equal and opposite energies
âIâm gonna be normal about consuming this piece of mediaâ
*narrator voice* she was, in fact, not normal about consuming this piece of media

I think the episode where Gunnie and Barry go to the casino is probably one of the most batshit insane episodes in the history of d20
